Beware from this store if you don't want to waste your hard earn money. I bought gift for my brother and talk to sales person and i got gift receipt as well. But it doesn't fit his size after he try. When i came to return manager was not even ready to listen my concern. I just wanted to change. She rudely behaved and took pictures of without my permission. I will never go to this store in my whole life. I have never seen this kind of customer service in my entire life.

As of yesterday I now have 6 suits from RW&CO and I don’t regret a single one of them, they fit great and look even better!

They offered to organize groomsmen suits, with the option to come in separately at our convenience. They then sold half of us the wrong suits, and not everyone received the discount we were promised. When I tried to return my suit, which still had the tags on, they refused, claiming it had been worn (no kidding, I tried it on in the store). Even the manager was rude and unhelpful. I would definitely avoid this store.

Experience with this location was not pleasant. My husband got paper cut while trying on dress shirt , asked for band aid, they dont have first aid box, can u believe??? And then asked for emergency washroom( btw i am pregnant)they wont let u use it, its for staff only.. we understand the policy but in case of emergency dont u think you should let use it. Very very disappointing. I will email to higher authorities . No matter where i have to complaint. I will go .

Very good selection and even better customer service. We were assisted multiple times and we especially appreciated the service of Aesheka who went out of her way to help with a difficult purchase and helped us out massively to understand a complex promotion.

Visit Time - May 05 ,2024 at the billing counter around 4:40- 5:00pm ish.
I recently visited your store and was disappointed with the service I received from an employee. I was waiting on line lady ( slim and tall lady with black attire probably from china sorry i had to mention those because she made it so hard by refusing to identify and not telling her name ) she seems like avoiding us to attend not sure why,asked her politely that we are next in line the employee's tone was dismissive and she seemed unwilling to answer my questions trying to avoid us and went inside keeping us on line to wait did not even bother to tell us why or what to expect next.I also requested he name later, but she refused to provide it ,nither she provided any employee identification so that customer can follow up .This whole unorganized structure for customer care and aggressive interaction of this employee was frustrating and not appreciative at all. A positive and professional attitude from staff is essential for a good customer experience." AND customer don't go there to get attitude from a employee. Period!!!

DO NOT ORDER OUT OF STOCK ITEMS ONLINE THROUGH THE STORE. I ordered suit with pants. The jacket came in on time before the estimated 5-7 business days. However the pants never came. I called the store a few times and was contantly told to just wait. I purchased this suit for an event and now I have to find something else. I called them back and NOW they realized something was amiss and directed me to call their customer service department. After being on the phone for 20 mins the lady on the phone said she had opened a case and someone from their service department was going to call me in 4-5 business days? I am sorry this is just for some pants, its shouldn't feel like a mission. I feel like I am chasing ghosts. Your system is broken and you shouldn't be offering customers this service if its this disfunctional. I am utterly distraught and frustrated. Had I known this was going to happen I would've just opted to go somewhere else. I just want a refund at this point but seems like even that is going to be a challenge with the policies.

I highly commend this branch because of what my family experience shopping. The staff are all very approachable and helpful. They really value each of their customer. I would like to commend and thank Ella for helping us out throughout. You just don't know how i felt that someone offer their time to help a mom like me that has no idea about mens suit. Im so grateful. Kudos ???

I have never seen the clothes showing lint after first try there is nothing they can do store about bad quality of clothes and customer service center declines to do anything about the quality issues and pass the ball to store staff. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
