I am truly upset with one customer in particular, Souad Omar.As I read the reviews for a company I USED to be employed with, I came across this nasty review about some of my ex co-workers and myself (Although you noted our names you didn’t spell any of them correct, which is disrespectful in itself) I would really like to know why you had wrote a review 3 weeks ago when I haven’t stepped foot in that mall since the end of August…. Another note for yourself Souad is to be kind and respectful although you might not have had the best experience here it’s important to remain accurate/honest and respectful in order for the company to assist you. I would also like to know what happened in that transaction where you blamed my coworker for pushing products on you and making nasty remarks, as well as when you mentioned my coworker smelled? Do you think it was necessary to add that last insult to her? And lastly I encourage you to tell me how I was rude to you in this interaction.Thanks

this place has terrible customer service. i came here three times and each time the employees were very rude. i wrote their names in my notes so be careful for these following employees: cheyenne, and maura and trinity. the first two were bad. cheyenne pressured me into purchasing products against my own will and had odour. for someone who works at a wellness store, i think she should focus more on herself. maura made rude and unnecessary remarks on how a product might help encourage self care and put me in a mindset to go to the gym. trinity’s attitude was untolerable and not appropriate for this work place. i say this for the greater good of saje.

Simran did a great job today! I went to the store with my faulty diffuser, and without any hesitation, she replaced it with a brand new one in just a couple of moments. Truly impressed by her customer service and will surely keep coming to this location.

Watch your prices. The box of our oil said 18$ . The bottle when we got home inside the box said 18.95. The rang up the order at 18.95. Didn’t notice till we used the oil at night before bed. Not cool but not with our time either to go back to the store.

Hopped in for some diffuser oils. I didnt realise how many have certain scents that jusy for me dont work but thats ok, its just my likes for others. We picked up a orange citrus and a balsam for our diffuser to make the house smell fresh like cut oranges and christmas tree. Dont get me wrong their products are great, i just have picky taskes for scents so it takes me longer to settle on something i like and can bear to smell for a longer period of time. The staff are amazingly helpfull and willing to give suggestions based on your stated desires and preferences. Enjoy.your shopping.

I had bought some essential oils from Chinook awhile back and realized when I got home that I bought some I already have. I brought it in to Crossiron Mills maybe to do an exchange/return.Long story short ... Rhonda the old lady sale associate was rude and unfriendly.I just stepped into the store and said I may need to exchange or return. Give me a moment to look around before demanding me to hand over the item and receipt. Rhonda left a bad experience at the store. Not that you would care Rhonda, but I'll take my business to a elsewhere. I would of spoken up there and then if my kids weren't with me.Do better Rhonda! Your customer service is terrible.

I hate to do this. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and that we need to keep up with social distancing and hand hygiene. However, I am extremely sensitive to hand sanitizer. I have used so much hand sanitizer that my hands feel like they are on fire all the time so the thought of putting more on my already sensitive hands puts me in an anxiety state because it hurts so much. My left hand is recovering from a chemical burn from using so much sanitizer. When I explained that to one of the saje associates she didn't seem to care and was ready to argue regardless to my situation. I know that it is policy but if someone is saying they can't put sanitizer on or wash their hands due to skin sensitivity your associates need to back off of the customers because I just walked out, this location lost a sale today because of that. They also laughed at me when I walked away. No matter what a customer is feeling, facing or dealing with, your associates should not be laughing at anyone. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

This is my favorite store to go to when looking for oils. I have bought many different products here and I have liked them all. Sometimes the prices can be high but they usually have deals on. The products I buy the most are the roll on oil. Peppermint Halo and Energy are my go to.

You can always find something soothing and comforting in the store. I like how they have a sale, if you spend so much you can buy a specific offer at a discounted price. For example, it may be a cold kit for half price, a relaxation kit, sleep kit, etc. That way you can try it yourself or gift it to someone special.Be aware that you can only smell through your mask, so if you have a filtered mask or thick mask you may not be able to smell.
