This is the place that you need to go if you're looking for fair and good price of merchandise. The staffs were very really nice and friendly especially MIKE. Thanks Mike for helping me to get present for my wife and he really helped me until last minute. I will come back for sure to buy more great deals. More power to Saks, the staffs especially to Mike.

Worst customer service. There were literally 2 customers and 4 sales associates, and we had to go all the way when they were hangout out not bothering to address clients in store. Closed the other exit way earlier than and didn't even bother the courtesy to advise us as we were heading there that they closed the exit.

This is a nice clean store, but it seems a little low on stock. I have visited other Saks Off 5th with more selection. We were there on a Saturday, so I did think it would be busy, but it was quiet. Overall, they have a fair selection of designer brands at a fair price, and the staff was sparse but friendly.

I had the worst customer service of my life!
I entered the store at 8:15pm to grab something very quick and leave, my husband was waiting for me right outside the entrance as I am a person with a disability and cannot walk fast and far.
The time was 8:38 as I was approaching to exit and this guy tells me you cannot exit from here you have to go around.
I was shocked he saw me and how I was struggling at the moment with the bag in my hand and my walk!
He kept me there till 8:45 as I was desperately wanting to leave and go sit I repeated to him to give me a cart and I’ll go around or call for a wheelchair to take me around again this is 5 steps to the car and the time 8:43
He said he can’t ….. no way he simply was lazy and he didn’t want to!! he called the supervisor which she at first refused to open the door.
I didn’t move I was still very polite to them simply asking a cart or a wheelchair
And again people the store hours say that they close at 9
I understand for people coming in but it was so easy she just turned the lock twice thats how easy it was for her!!
At the end she did let me out but this caused so much stress on me I was sick to my stomach !!
Awful humans no humanity no empathy
I will never go there again

Most of the stuff is made in China, sub brands no one's heard of. Ghost town most of the time. Nothing compared to USA Saks off.

Horrible customer service by the store manager, Lucas!! He simply doesn't care about the customer satisfaction at all !! My husband and I were at the store today to buy a moon-boots for myself and we grabbed one pair from the shelf and went to the checkout for payment. The tags on the product was missing, so cashier wasn't sure on the pricing for the product, and called her manager where Lucas came by and looked around to find the pricing for the boots. We had to wait for almost 30 MINUTES so he could find the pricing for the boots. He went back and forth in the store as we didn't even know what he was looking for. Meanwhile, the cashier politely offered us 35% off of the boots as we waited long enough and this made us happy so we accepted her offer. By the way, the lady behind the checkout was very polite, smiling and caring. Once Lucas arrived, he came up with a random price as he wasn't also able to find the pricing for the boots and said $200 even though other exact same boots were selling for $150 - when we said to him that cashier offered us 35% as we waited long enough, we rejected that and left without even apologizing for the inconvenience. THE STORE MANAGER, LUCAS, MADE OUR DAY TERRIBLE. I wish that cashier lady was the store manager as she treated us very well..
