Went with my gf to shop here for my birthday. The service was beyond fabulous. The sales lady was super kind and patience with us. She was with us for over an hour helping us find the right concealer and other products.She went above and beyond to meet our needs. God Bless this beautiful soul.

The amount of disrespect I got as a male in Sephora location is disgusting. What's the point of selling male products if most employees going to ignore me? Women claim to be supportive and caring but I got treat like garbage.

First time going to this location, and getting rude responses from one of the staff NavPreet there who seemed not enjoying her job. It was busy when I went in and all staff were busy with customers. I needed some advice just to confirm if I was buying the right product. I patiently waited for 10-12 minutes before I saw NavPreet. When I approached her, she was like "what?" I told her that I have been using this Mac product and the one I was buying was also for similar complexion but different product number. She did not bother to even look at the product. Said, "I work here, I know. This is your shade", the tone she talked to me was so rude and mean, even the couple standing next to me felt that. I felt so hurtful, I left without buying the product. Would prefer buying from a different store or location rather than experiencing this rudeness. I hope if she's reading this, please learn how to give optimal customer service and have some manners how to talk to people, and how to love your job you do everyday.

I went to this location yesterday and had terrible experience. Somy has no respect and should not be working with customers if she has an attitude like that. I have never seen such disrespectful employee in my life. Sephora should not keep such employee in company. When u asked her to help she was very rude and didn’t help at all and instead keep chatting with two other employees the whole time.

worst sephora location. many friends have told me how terrible this location is and I now know why. employees don’t want to help you / don’t know how to help you. I had so many problems with my return when all it took was one other person to say “actually she can return it” after 15 minutes of them telling me no just because the manager and her employees did not know the policies. on top of that there’s always employees breathing down your neck and following you around the store but never offering help. I’ve never received this much attitude at the chinook or market location.

Walked in, was greeted obviously looked very confused and lost. Not one of the staff members looked at me nevermind asked me if I needed help with anything I literally looked through everything to find the brand that I need and I could not find it still. Very confusing floor layout. It was very hard to find anything in the store store was very weird and I just don’t appreciate not being asked if I needed anything because I was about to spend over $300. I will check if what I want is at shoppers or I will just buy direct from the manufacturers websites. Never will I ever set foot in another Sephora.

Very bed customer service asking for help because I don’t no much more about makeup. Sephora store is new for me lots of makeup item so I really don’t understand. Asking for all- in- one make instant perfector. She was like go to shoppers or Landon drug Mart. So rude. ?

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Sephora, all thanks to the worker named Rasham. Her behavior was utterly disgraceful, and I firmly believe she should be fired.Rasham's attitude was beyond horrible. When my 12-year-old sister innocently picked up an applicator tip to test eyeshadow, Rasham went on an unnecessary lecture. When I tried to engage with her to understand the issue, Rasham became aggressive, repeatedly asserting her managerial status as if it justified her appalling conduct.What infuriated us the most was Rasham's insistence that applicators were off-limits and only for clients, as if we weren't customers ourselves. She even went so far as to force us to specify the eyeshadow we wanted to sample. And when I accidentally picked up a spoolie due to their placement, Rasham accused us of dishonesty and theft.Throughout this ordeal, Rasham displayed a rude and dismissive demeanor, frequently shoving her hands in my face to silence me. She succeeded in making my sister's first-ever Sephora visit a miserable and unforgettable experience, and not in a good way.I firmly believe that Sephora should investigate Rasham's behavior thoroughly and seriously consider her termination. Her actions were inexcusable, and it's imperative for Sephora to ensure that no other customer has to endure such terrible treatment. We bought the items we still wanted but had this been anyone else, nobody would have stayed. This is the experience I get for wanting to shop here and being a beauty insider. Absolutely horrendous and all because of Rasham.

The staff need more training of customer service. I went there today, asked three ladies for help, all three replied in very rude way. Seriously why we will spend money where they don’t know how to respect the customer.

I was extremely excited to shopping sephora at CrossIron Mall today. But when I found out that I could earn points for my purchases by becoming a Sephora member, I couldn't wait to go to the cashier to sign up. However, when I approached the cashier, a young lady named Alina, and asked her about the sephora membership, she seemed very impatient. Unfortunately, I couldn't hear her clearly, so I politely asked her to repeat what she had said and she rushed to call the next customer before I had even finished providing my personal information (email). She appeared reluctant to speak with me and told me that I couldn't sign up for the membership and halfway through explaining my situation,. She quickly moved on to the next customer, leaving me feeling neglected and extremely disappointed.This experience was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I didn't even receive basic respect, and it was truly a terrible experience. I felt that behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We were helped in store by Doris today, she was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience in a Sephora store. My daughter is very happy with her products.

Went shopping here with my wife, and we were looking for a beauty advisor for a good 5 minutes. 3 of them were just chatting with each other and ignored uswhen I brought it up to the manager (Hanna), she was very rude and said I was wrong. The manager came up to me again, yelling that I couldn't complain about her to her stuff. What a useless manager

We usually shop at Southcenter but came all the way to crossiron. My young daughter went in with her friend and they were totally humiliated by the staff. Looking for a product the ladies at south center are happy to help with but here my daughter left the store upset. Shame on you. We won't be back again.

Went to do a straight exchange they gave me the wrong shade not the one that we tried together there, I had used some points on that purchase which was 3 different products I was informed by the store manager that I have to pay the difference in price because I had used points on it which so stupid when it was their mistake to begin with not giving me the right shade and for a straight exchange they wanted me to pay the difference. Not visiting this location again. They won’t even great or ask if you need help or anything have to keep looking for someone to help.
