Had an awesome experience at Showcase! Abby was super helpful and made the whole shopping experience really easy. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and was super friendly the whole time. Definitely coming back, great customer service!

Would not accept cash. After I got home I phoned and talked to the manager to be told they do accept cash and no reasoning as to why my cash wasn’t accepted. Drove an hour and a half to shop here to have my cash refused at two different stores in the mall.

I don’t have option to give -ve stars.
Buyers don’t come here .. they don’t even value extended care purchases.
What a bad experience . They don’t have the product. They made me to come 3 times. Last day of extended care. Now they say you have to buy newer product paying difference amount..
Employee was good but extended care policy and product sucks. Profit massager..

Bough this massage thing lady at the till told me it works really really. Goodn. Took it home tried it out and doesn't work at all. Tried to return it for store credit. Or refund and they said they can't do that they told me I can only return for another one witch I don't want another one the lady I bought it. From lied said it is the number one seller I will not shol here again all lies

Jasmine was very helpful, in providing me info about a particular product. Even I went back the same day to return the product because I found a similar product somewhere else, she was just as helpful as the previous visit. She is definitely an asset to this store.

Lady working there super rude. I wanted a better look at a product and went to open it and she immediately came up behind me and said “YOU CANT OPEN THAT!” I told her that I guess I won’t be buying it then. I explained that it would have been appreciated if she would have had a friendly tone and asked if she could help me…. She did not agree…. Will not shop there anymore…???

This is a neat store that is no longer what it started as. It doesn't focus on as-seen-on-tv items. Instead, the store carries a lot of neat and cool toys, gadgets, and food.Price-wise, it's not as competitive as other toys stores or big box stores, so focus on items you can't find elsewhere. They also seem to have jumped on the trend of Pokémon and Sanrio brands. They carried items that I had never seen elsewhere.

Stores ok, but that manager... I have heard her argue with at least two customers... something seriously wrong with her. You're best to go elsewhere until they get a new one.

Bought electric scooters from here but they frequently have problems. The company who manufactures them is very hard to contact so warranty can be tough. Lisa is extremely helpful, friendly and has helped me tremendously on getting a right working scooter!
