Lady working there super rude. I wanted a better look at a product and went to open it and she immediately came up behind me and said “YOU CANT OPEN THAT!” I told her that I guess I won’t be buying it then. I explained that it would have been appreciated if she would have had a friendly tone and asked if she could help me…. She did not agree…. Will not shop there anymore…???

This is a neat store that is no longer what it started as. It doesn't focus on as-seen-on-tv items. Instead, the store carries a lot of neat and cool toys, gadgets, and food.Price-wise, it's not as competitive as other toys stores or big box stores, so focus on items you can't find elsewhere. They also seem to have jumped on the trend of Pokémon and Sanrio brands. They carried items that I had never seen elsewhere.

Stores ok, but that manager... I have heard her argue with at least two customers... something seriously wrong with her. You're best to go elsewhere until they get a new one.

This store is really x100 BAD!!I lost my $400 to buy junk!!The Manager name SARA or LISA(Manager I don't remember her name) is really rude and yelling at me when I try to exchange my stuffShe said she does not know that I could brake my stuff.I just bought my escooter last weekIt broken it self screw came off remote is not working anymoreBut she said she doesn't exchange itAnd told me I have two choices1. Give them my new scooter get a 3 or 4years old used scooter or2.fix it my self I can glue it or tape it what ever I wantHaha! So funnyIf anyone go to this store and see Manager don't buy it from herYou will regret it! And will loose your money

Inflated cost for cheap product. Poor/no customer service. Damaged product, said I broke it wouldn’t offer even store credit. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Buyer BEWARE!

Bought electric scooters from here but they frequently have problems. The company who manufactures them is very hard to contact so warranty can be tough. Lisa is extremely helpful, friendly and has helped me tremendously on getting a right working scooter!

Just went back to the this store 2x as the cool chill max portable air cooler we got was leaking. First time we came July 23 told them I'm returning it because we had used it for 3 consecutive nights but the following mornings the towel we placed under it always get wet, very wet. Staff with pink hair color told us right away that refund can't be done as it's already opened & suggested to give us new water tank as that might be the problem. She even wanted to test it & didn't believe what I told her. Told her that I won't just drive to Cross Iron & wasted my time & energy returning this product if we are satisfied with it but the pink-haired staff wasn't empathetic & quite rude and insisted that we try the new water tank. Told us that if still the same then come back next time & they'll see what they can do. Still frustrated we still decided to give them another chance. We tried it last night July 25 & still the same the following morning even though water tank was new. So again we went back to their store in Cross Iron, met Manager Lisa told us right away that it can't be returned & can't be exchanged as everything seemed to be working. Told her it's not as I have pictures of my towel quite soaked since last night. She told me to come back tomorrow so they can test it. Told her I don't want to waste my time again coming back here as I'm working tomorrow. Told her also that we'll just accept exchange with another product as I know refund is no longer possible. Finally Lisa asked us to wait for few minutes to try it told us she didn't find any leak from the water tank but I told her leak maybe from the cooling pad inside. My son saw it's leaking when she raised it. Anyways after almost 30 minutes of waiting I was able to exchange it with memory foam pillow $60 which was still pricey even though it's on sale..I promised not to go back to this Cross Iron Showcase ever again..Manager & staff should be more empathetic with their customers & I believed they should also be re-trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

poor service and bad quality , no exchange for manufacture default item even though it is within 30 days warranty. Management don't care about the quality of their product, only want to sell it for money and put everything for final sales, once you buy it , it is yours no refund no exchange for manufacture default.

LISA'S BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS JOB. I was trying to get replacement for the one that i bought last 3 weeks ago because when i use it its stopping, i went to the store yesterday for EXCHANGE NOT RETURN but the lady was working there is the person who's in there the last time rude and don't know nothing if you ask her sbout the products.,she tried it on and it's working so she was saying she cannot give me replacement because it's working, why dont she try it to herself first so she will know if its stopping or not. She was yelling and explaining with a tone on her voice that she cant change it or else i need to come back tomorrow because she will observe if its working or not.She was talking rudely in front of my 6 years old daughter, shame on you..She said she will call me back because she had my items but till now still haven't receive any calls.Her behavior is not acceptable for this job. Her name is LISA by the way if she's saying the truth.
