Ordered online from Quebec, one of the few places in Canada where I could buy Rock Revival jeans at a fair price (1850 stores don't have them anymore). Jeans are perfect, shipping was fast and I'm very happy to have found this store. Thanks :)

Today I was at CrossIron shopping for some new work clothing. I went into Underground clothing and found a few cute pieces to try on. While I was browsing there was one associate who, at first, seemed to be very keen with trying to help. But as few more minutes passed I quickly realized there was more to it than overbearing customer service…firstly she stood uncomfortably close to me while I browsed. Like I mean I could probably touch her if I put my hand out. The store only had one other customer so I found this a bit odd. She continued to follow me from the front of the store to the back, and back up near the front again. After I found a few items to try on she brought me to a fitting room and requested I leave my bags (RW&CO shopping bag and my purse) outside of the change room on the floor where they could see them, or up at their till. Excuse me?!? I have never in my life have been asked to leave my bags while trying on clothing. I’m a 35 year old woman for god sakes. I declined and asked if this was policy. She said it was so I told her to forget it and I will not be purchasing anything. I then went to the other associate and asked if this was policy and she said “sometimes we ask people to leave their bags”…..so sometimes they ask people to leave bags and sometimes you don’t? First off, I doubt it was policy. Second, shouldn’t everyone be treated equally? I am absolutely appalled by this behaviour and hate to wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I am Indigenous? Shame on you Underground.

Took a chance and bought a romper and cute little t-shirt online. I love love love the softness of the fabric. Shipping was fast and there was a sweet hand written note inside. Love this.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece for Xmas they came in two days, the zipper was stuck, I phoned underground clothing they told me too take a picture of it, before I got back too phoning them they sent another pair in the mail, I hadn't even sent the other ones back yet, this was the best service I got in a longtime. The staff was amazing I can't say enough about this company. The absolute best service and such nice clothing, thanks again for all the great service
