I didn’t even has a chance to buy clothes there because the manager there seems busy maintaining her display flawless then to help the customer. My daughter was just a little kid, she touched the merchandise then the manager came out complaining about we touched her stuff like we r not supposed to be there or buying anything from the store. She doesn’t even know why they open the store. I think she thinks it’s a museum not a clothings store. You r not supposed to touch or buy anything there, her salary coming from Justin Trudeau bank account.

The extremely impolite manager of URBAN KIDS at Crossiron Mills is named Oni. After my wife went there and bought some kids clothes, she noticed that the total did not reflect the discount she had received. Determined to return the items, she tried, but the manager refused to give her a refund, acting as though she owned the store. My daughter told me that the company had sent an email to all of the branches before Christmas telling them that they could not refuse a customer's request for a refund. It's unclear to me whether this person is an owner or a shareholder. Two of my friends has similar experience of her nastiness. One of her subordinates claims that some of her coworkers quit due to her high and mighty attitude.

I’ve had such a great experience at this store. I’ve only been there twice but the first time my daughter and I found some super cute cloths and shoes and we are very happy with them!The second time was to bring back a pair of shoes where the zipper had pulled away from the shoe and resulted in breaking completely off the shoe. I took them back in and they exchanged them for a new pair! My daughter loves these shoes so I was happy that they exchanged them no questions since it was a merchandise malfunction! Such great costumer service! We’d definitely shop there again! This was the Urbankids at Cross Iron mall, Alberta.

Would give 0/5. I went in to complete an online return and I was told the store does not accept online returns, when I asked why the answer changed to that since the store was closing in 10 minutes they could not help me because their registers no longer worked.
