There's got to be like 20-30 people working in here but only 2 people on cash and 15 people waiting to pay. The managers really need to get their act together.

The workers around 2 pm were rude and slow. A huge line of about 15 customers had formed with one cashier on till. When a cashier was added, she rudely banged the items on the table and talked back to customers. The sales were unorganized and slowed the process down. Everyone in line was complaining out loud. The cashier with orange brown hair and glasses was extremely unknowledgable and rude.

i don’t normally leave reviews but i work retail and i was astonished at how horrible the service here was. i asked a lady where the tube tops were and she tried to help me for about 5 seconds until i told her i wanted a neutral colour, she then left without saying a word after she told me she would help. i never saw her again and she didn’t seem to care about making a sale at all. on top of that i had to wait in the line for over an hour. there were only three staff on till when there was multiple more staff standing around doing pretty much nothing. absolutely ridiculous, i almost left my items there. it’s better to give your business to another store, i would give 0 stars if i could.

System was down and wasn't told till we picked all of our items and had already been in line for 20 mins so it was cash only which we barely had enough of... Close the store if your system is down and don't waste people's time.

The wait time is ridiculous! Taking 10 minutes per customer at the till while the line gets longer! What seemed like a pretty short line ended up taking us more then 45 minutes, just to be halfway up the line! Customers getting exhausted of standing while the employees at the till take their time! I've been a shopper for a while and I have seen NO improvement of the wait times. Do better.

my spouse and I were at the Urban Planet store at Crossiron Mill Mall. After shopping, we went to the cashier (ID number 3132064). Her conduct toward us was inappropriate and left us feeling as though our appearance was being used as a yardstick for conversation. Although the prices are great , good place to shop.

Currently 38 people in line to purchase and only 2 tills open. Plenty of other employees standing around chatting with each other and on phones. Where is the manager ? I would be embarrassed as a store if I owned it .
After reading several other reviews for this location for the same concerns over a period of time, I anticipate ownership responding with a blanket response that "they will strive to do better". If you truly plan to, why haven't you after responding to the previous concerns??

I’m giving these two stars because I genuinely feel the clothing is very affordable and material is good. The store is spacious but it’s too messy. So many cloths on the floor workers are not so friendly or welcoming. When I was there it was so crowded that didn’t even bother to try some dresses and purchased it. Because they have long queue for trial room and for checkout. I spend 30-40min just to buy 3 tops. They need to find some solution for that.
Overall experience was okey. Recommend if it’s not crowded and first look for the checkout line.

I never write reviews, but I thought I should because I was lowkey shocked. I went in to try some tops today, and went to the change room to see the change room worker just stare at me and mumble something under her breath. i said “sorry?” and she mumbled again to where i could barely hear “how many.” no greeting or warmth in any way. i said 4, and she just grabbed the number 4 for the change room, hooked it on the room, and i said “thanks!” and she just slowly walked off shuffling her feet. absolutely stone cold. talk about not wanting to work there! it was very unprofessional and i’ve seriously never had any experience at a retail clothing store like that. i ultimately didn’t buy the tops, as i just overall didn’t have a pleasant experience and wanted to get out of there immediately.
i also work in a clothing retail store, and you have to show some sort of enthusiasm and interest even if your having an off day, but this was over the top.

As soon as I entered the store, everyone was smiling and greeting us. It was such a nice experience, I witnessed all the staff smiling while helping all their customers, even though there was a line up all staff did not fail to show how teamwork is during busy times , they would also greet you before and after entering the store. I will for sure come back to this location to shop as they made my shopping experience fantastic. We bought so many things, and honestly, the manager, Braelyn, was fantastic! She is an amazing manager and knows how run a store! Fantastic team and manager! 100% Recommend this location for all your Urban Planet needs!

I don’t even want to give the one star coz the Manager was so rude to us and she did not even say hi while she scanning our items. She rolled her eyes too much on us I don’t know what she is thinking her self. I feel bad for those who work with her and I hope you guys change her as soon as possible. I felt so unwanted ?? try to have some respect MANAGER.

The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of an employee named Milano who helped me beyond expectations. NO ONE else knew how to do anything and lied to me about items being in stock. Milano is the most genuine employee and I couldn't thank him enough.
