I love this place but it's gotten hard to ignore the expired items in the drink coolers. I noticed a few weeks ago that some of their apple juice had expired in January, so I let staff know because I assumed it was just an accident. I came by today and the same expired items were put back on the shelf to be sold.... It's one thing to miss it by accident but when someone who doesnt even work there let's you know something is expired, I would hope to see it off the shelf :/

When walking in and asking to use there washroom, and being told are you buying anything if not you can’t use our washroom. Well I definitely won’t support this gas station anymore. I drove right across to the gas station beside it. They have friendly staff and a washroom you can choose to use before you decide to purchase anything.

One of my parent tripped by the entrance way. Someone needs to get that big step fixed or something.. I am very upset my parent hurt their knee pretty bad and almost passed out..

My young children needed to use the washroom while we were traveling past this business and we were turned away because we weren't "paying customers" at that stop even though I have shopped there many times in the past. They have now lost all of my future business and I hope others refuse to shop there due to these circumstances also. There is another rest stop close that also features a restaurant so please go there!

Went in with our family, with the intention of looking at the merchandise and more than likely purchasing something as we were all thirsty from our trip. Our family needed to go to the bathroom and the lady said (with a smug obnoxious smile on her face) that we have to be paying customers before having the privilege to go to the bathroom. We likely would have been and have been in the past but never will be again. Considering there are two more convenient stores that are happy to have our business within 1 minute of each other, that is a bold way to do business.

Poor customer service. I understand running a business and all but when a family comes in to the building and they're already looking for things to drink and eat and being questioned when wanting to use the washroom is a little over the top. Won't be going back.

Where else can you go to fill your tank get a bite to eat, buy a Garden ornament, a Gilly suit with an Ice Cream Sandwich a Clock for your wall, that Sword you always wanted, and so much more. Very friendly staff.
