Continuously does not stock fixens and condiments for hot foods. I'm honestly done with coming to this store in regards to my meals anymore. Never any chili, cheese, or condiments and the 2 lady's stand behind the desk doing nothing about it. unsatisfied and inconvenienced at this convenience store once again.

"I had a terrible experience at this 7-Eleven location. The lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, she acted like I was a bother and barely acknowledged me. Her attitude was unacceptable, and the customer service was by far the worst I've experienced in a long time. I will not be returning to this store."

Bought some snacks they offered me “a promo for a box of wings” paid for my items one of them mentioned “did you give him the box” the lady replied “no not yet” and I walked out I then watched them fill a box and put it in the heater. I walked back in after putting my items in my vehicle, I then asked for my box as they then both proceeded to no understand or hear me so I told them “the box of wings I paid for. Do I not get those?” I pointed out the box then they pulled out on from the rack put it in a bag so I basically just paid for their lunch. Go anywhere else but there.

The one lady working there said she gave me a promo for a box of hot wings I walked out with my arms full of items and didn’t ask if I needed a bag I walked past and watched through the window as they loaded up a box for them self and put it in the heater up front. I put my items away in my vehicle and walked back in and asked can I have my box of wings as they pretended not to hear/understand what I said they looked confused when I told them what they just made me pay for with all my stuff and then only gave me one wing so they just bought them selfs lunch haha watch out so funny to me this is not the first time it has happened.

Before tag my complaint I saw already bad reviews about this guy name sumiti was there for my order I just had sweet and smiled gesture towards him but he was just wierd behaved and looked frustrated...its not good for him if he owned this business or he just working over there owner shoud b concerned

March 2,2024 @10:21 am, I went into the store to pay for gas I ask for 25.00 grabbed a Loto ticket filled up, pump stopped at 20.00.Thought I made a mistake checked my oil then left. When I had a chance to look at my receiptI was charged total 29.00.My mistake for not double checking before I left.WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY THE STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS A DAY.

This 7-eleven is full of thief's. please save your hard earned money and don’t go this store. I will tell you why. I live in Edmonton and i came is sherwood park to meet my friends. On my way back, i was filling my gas and went to this store. I pre- paid for $100 gas for my car from inside. I filled only for 77.66. And i left because pre- paid is just an authorization for a certain amount. As we all know the difference goes back to our bank account but not in this case. And the cashier didn’t bother to mention that if you fill less please come inside for your difference. Moreover there was no sign to inform the guest. I came to the store and asked like I didn’t got my money bank. Because the bank take 2-3 days to post the transaction. And they refused for the refund. I don’t know who will refund my money. If 7-eleven management is seeing this review please look into this issue.
