Every time, no matter the time of day or which day, there is only 1 service(sometimes 2...but both are helping one customer)representative working and a lineup for at least 20 min.

5+ stars for the service I receive from Raj. Banking with her for several years and she’s always gone way above and beyond to take care of me and come up with creative solutions for my banking needs. She embodies “ATB listens” and is the reason I do more and more business with ATB.

I have my mortgage and business account with ATB and I have always been satisfied with the service. This branch in Sherwood park is one of the friendliest banks I’ve ever been too and their specialists are all very experienced.

We have been trying to contact the wye rd branch for a few weeks. My husband has phoned numerous times and their phones do not appear operational. When he went into the branch to speak with someone he was given a card and when phoning the person on the card he has never received a call back. We started dealing with atb because of their great customer service but these last few months have been crazy.

I am writing this message while on hold. After trying to call the branch directly a dozen times this morning, only to be transfered to a call center then on hold for currently 16 minutes and counting...The reason for my call is to ask why, after being assured 5 DAYS AGO, by Rajdip Aulakh that she would reach out to mortgage specialist, Wendy Wei on my behalf, or alternatively to a relationship manager regarding very time sensitive matters, why have I not been responded to?I left a polite and professional voicemail for her 3 DAYS AGO, no response.I am on the buying end of initiation of a mortgage with ATB, and so far the only service I had was in a "one hour appointment block" with Rajdip that I arrived humbly in person for, that appointment only lasted 8 minutes before I was briskly made empty promises to, and sent on my way.Customer Service is NOT something I have experienced from ATB.33 minutes and counting...No time left to talk, I have to go back to work now.

We went in yesterday to enquire about a Business Account, expecting to perhaps book an appointment with someone. But Michelle Mulkay took care of our requirements right away. She helped us with opening our accounts as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great service, highly recommended. I was so impressed with Michelle's exemplary service that I just had to write this review!

Chrstine Fawcett is the best Banker that we have ever dealt with and we have been in business since 1993. Her knowledge is absolutely unbelievable and she applies her no-nonsense approach in a very unique fashion. The latest thing that she did for us was to adjust some of our ATM limits and this small change has made our life so much easier. Thank you so much!!
