I went in and found what I was looking for and all the employees on the floor were quite helpful. When I found my product it was the last one and the packaging was mangled. When I went to the counter I politely asked for a discount because it was the last one and it was supposed to be a gift. The cashier called a girl named Jayla up to the counter and she very rudely scoffed “no” whilst not even looking at me, or the product. This was very disappointing. I suggest possibly reviewing with certain employees how to politely decline or even remind them to look at who they are scoffing at. I am not mad I did not receive a discount at all. I am disappointed in how the situation was handled and how I was treated.

Mikayla was quick and very helpful with helping me, fantastic service. Emily was very nice when I was leaving saying have a good day. Bath and Body works has great customer service.

They don’t do anything to protect fragile purchases. When my candles broke on the way home from banging against each other in the overpacked bag (that they packed), I called to see if they could do anything, since I have just spent $60 and they told me absolutely not.
This was my lesson to start shopping local and stay away from greedy chains.

I picked up a order of a dozen natas they were not good they cheaped out on the custar, and I ended up with dry pastery is this what the new owner think is good.

This is my first year managing an office and I had to get a bunch of gifts for my staff and they were so helpful selecting everything and finding matching lotions and soaps to the candles. They even gave me gifts bags! Highly recommend this location all the staff was wonderful!!!
