My parents always get me lovely clothing from this store for Christmas which I am always so excited about. This year two didn’t fit me properly so my mom offered to go get me a store credit. They exchanged the one top no questions asked then refused to exchange the other as the tag was missing the “plastic piece” that holds the tag to the clothing. Now excuse my 72 year old mother who removed the 178.00 tag of this single item but kept it incase of a return only to be told that single little plastic piece is the only reason she can’t? Given the price of this item, the fact her name is in the system with hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent there this really is disappointing.

Thankyou Alice. The blouse you suggested for my wife based on my description couldn't have turned out better. She was extatic on Christmas morning. You really know your stuff and you carry such wonderful clothes. Perfect.
