Why won't anyone at the branch answer a call or return a voice mail? The local phone number says to leave a message and someone at the local branch will return the call. It's been 2 days now. Still waiting.

Expect to wait 20 to 30 mins to be served. There is no such thing a quick trip to the bank at this branch.

I had a great experience, today. I went at a "peak" time, around noon on a Saturday. I only had three or four people in line in front of me, and waited only 5-10 minutes which is fine, considering. Shauna was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I got everything I needed sorted out and then some. Great service for a "big bank".

My wife and I had an appointment to speak with a financial advisor on a Saturday at 1:00. We go to the appointment only for the bank teller to tell us that particular lady is on a medical leave. She said someone else had an appointment scheduled with that same person earlier that day so she didn’t understand why appointments were being scheduled with someone who was on medical leave. There was only the teller and the manager in the office. We also had a couple other questions however the teller wasn’t 100% sure how to help us so she went to her manager’s office. Instead of the manager coming out of her office to just speak with us directly she had the teller basically be her messenger and had her going back and fourth clarifying our concerns. From the time we showed up to the bank to this point we were the only people in the bank. Meanwhile, a line up of people was starting to form during this interaction. The teller explained to us that she would get the manager to help her show her how to get my wife’s name on a savings account I have after all the customers were finished. After the manager was done dealing with customers at the till she just resorted back to her office while my wife and I were patiently waiting. My wife and I got up and told the manager we’ve been waiting to talk to her and she claimed she didn’t know that. At this point we were beyond frustrated with the sheer lack of professionalism on the manager’s part and left. I will be switching branch locations ASAP. The teller, Shauna, was very nice and as helpful as she could be. It was obvious the manager just didn’t want to leave her office.

They don't bother answering the phone- and they do NOT call you back no matter how many messages you leave.Horrible service, and makes me consider moving to other banks.3 separate days- 3 separate messages.... Lazy and unacceptable service

We came in to open a bank account, it was not busy at all, the teller told us we have to make an appointment. I said, to open a bank account? Since when? Then the female branch manager, who also wasn’t busy rudely told us that we need to make an appointment. So we went to Toronto Dominion and open an account, they had no problem opening an account, and the branch manager took us into the back and did it. Way to lose business. And that branch manager at baseline is rude. Clearly they don’t need our business.

Long story short, I wanted to open a new bank account, kept waiting with no one ahead of me and all the tellers seemed busy with something, no recognition, no hello, no nothing, after good 15 minutes of waiting, I left. Avoid this brand and ordze branch at all cost.

There is a lady that works here named Tabitha. She is so quiet it is hard to hear her, she constantly had to ask people around her how to do the most simple tasks, and never understood anything. This is the third time I have dealt with this from her specifically. I understand struggling, but this feels more like incompetence than anything else.

1 bank teller on weekdays in rich and this seems to be at all locations in Sherwood park now , really slows down your day to day activities / going to tour other banks and see if they have same issues maybe switch .

This is the best BMO branch in my opinion. It’s quicker than all the other ones in my experience. I have to give Danielle a special shout out as they were very patient, and kind with me today.
