Went in yesterday to the Sherwood park location to buy 4 packs of Nike socks, got to the till, price scans at $26, however the manufacturer label clearly says $22, so I ask the girl at the till to adjust the price, and she says she’s not allowed… why?? She says her manager will give her trouble… pardon? K wait, the price is CLERLY labeled $22 and you’re trying to charge me $4 more for each pair, an extra $16…. I said so… you’re not able to honour the actual price and instead going with a made up price on your computer? She says. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice, that’s just the store policy, so I left, and will not return, I know that boathouse is a huge company and won’t care about losing out on 3 teenagers wardrobe purchases, But it’s about principles…

(Ps, went to the competition, found the same socks and spent our money there)

I’ve been to this location many times and Taylor has always been so helpful and kind! She always goes over and beyond to make sure you find what you’re looking for, keep it up!

Complaint about store in Sherwood Park Mall.. what I assume to be the manager there, young woman, maybe 20 years with long white blonde hair is completely unprofessional. As a fellow mall employee I find it unbecoming of someone in her position to speak the way she does. To customers, mall patrons and other mall staff. Gossiping about other boathouse employees and other mall staff with other mall employees, to the point that patrons and customers can hear her. Being a manager of a store and overhearing these things myself I would not allow this behaviour from any of my staff. It is my true belief that someone of her nature should not be in a management position. Not only is it unprofessional but it also gives the store and your brand a bad image. I would encourage customers to visit a different location so as to not have a bad encounter with this young woman like others have.

I love this store so much! I had a great time with the person who rang me up, a blond girl, don’t know her name but she had a great attitude and the clothes there are super cute! Service is amazing.

I go to this store almost once a week after work… I love the atmosphere here and the blonde that works here is super friendly and has been very helpful towards whatever I needed… she deserves a raise!!! Because honestly it is so hard to find good workers now in days !!!!
