The staff at this location are so kind and always ask about my puppy. They are always ready with recommendations based on his breed and toys they recommend based on his energy. Pricing is great too!

Not only is this a lovely store run by extremely knowledgeable folks who truly care about pets, but on top of that I unknowingly dropped an $100 bill on the floor while purchasing dog food and the store owners reviewed the security footage and called me to return my money to me! Can’t say enough good things about this location!!

I brought my dog here for a treat after going for a run. They were SO nice to her, gave her lots of treats and pet her whenever she demanded it. (And she demanded a lot of pets.) Great selection of food, treats and accessories. Love that there are local and handmade things there. My dog got an amazing new Oilers bandana and some salmon skin chews that we struggle to find elsewhere. It was difficult not to buy her a new collar with their amazing selection. Can’t recommend them enough and Kayley can’t wait to go back to see her new friends.

I’ve been coming to this pet store for the last 5+ years, and I cannot say enough AMAZINGGG things about them! The store is incredibly clean, and always well stocked. They have a great selection of products, including local products as well. The staff is incredible, and honestly, that’s what keeps me coming back! I’m always greeted with a smile, they know what I’m in there for, and they often remember details about me too which constantly impresses me. They have so much knowledge about their products, and have made some amazing recommendations to me over the years. I always love when Brooklyn (their golden retriever) is there too! You know the store is truly enjoyable when I don’t dread running out of dog food - it’s just a great excuse to go into the store! :) Thank you for everything you do!

The staff here were so patient with my very nervous puppy. The girls came outside to help me bring her in, offered her treats and toys and let us hang out in the corner of the store for as long as we needed until my puppy was comfortable enough to sniff around and say hi. They even carried my dog food to the car for me. Above and beyond service and genuine care for each dog and customer!

I contacted Bone and Biscuit hoping they could put some sort of bakery basket together for my best friends very sick dog. Not only did Sean put one together for me, he said he would deliver it personally since she lived close to the store. They don't even offer delivery! Sean also REFUSED a tip from me, and refused that I pay for the delivery! ?❤️ Out of the kindness of his heart, he put this together for her, with a HAND WRITTEN NOTE and delivered it to her dog.. I am too far away to have done it myself but this is most DEFINITELY the next best thing. BEST. SERVICE. EVER. Felt like I was speaking to an old friend that just wanted to help. Thank you Sean, your kindness does not go unnoticed and I promise to pay it forward ❤️❤️❤️

We have been going to this Bone and Biscut for years! The folks that run this place are such wonderful people. They’re knowledgeable and so helpful and they genuine care about you and your furry family members. I’d honestly add 5 more starts for ms B the shop pup ❤️
