Went into the store Sunday August 25. Very busy shopping weekend and your store was organized, tidy, inviting and your staff kind, happy and hardworking. The staff member helped my daughter find trouser jeans which she loves and considering the teenager factor, this is no small feat. A great experience overall as I found a cute sweater on sale too 😊

Love the clothes but the service at this location is terrible. The girl working there doesn’t greet anyone and just stays at the front on her phone and seems annoyed if you ask for help. I went in one Sunday and her and her male coworker also completely ignored me and seemed irritated I was in there interrupting them. Makes being in there super uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ll be back.

went there for some clothes and didn’t once get asked if i needed help, girls just sat at the register on their phones while i struggled to get things off the top shelf. sad

Was gifted a shirt from my in-law for Christmas that does not fit properly. finally got some time to exchange for a different shirt. We made sure to bring the gift receipt with us. When we got there we gave the clerk the receipt and the shirt and she immediately called her manager, walking out of ear shot from us to convers on what to do. After 5 min or so she came back and said the shirt has no tags on it so we can not exchange. Never once did she scan the gift receipt. At the time we decided to leave and thanked her anyways, obviously she is just doing her job right? Well according to Bootleggers return/exchange policy it states at the bottom in "Other terms and conditions" Returning a gift: For returns with a gift receipt, a gift card will be issued for the amount paid. No where does it say a timeline of return, or tags to be present for returning a gift. The policy does state tags and original receipt to be present for returns or exchanges on regular items purchased within 45 days so perhaps there is confusion or lack of understanding between the staff/manager at this location. We will be trying the exchange at a different location even though the policy states all locations follow the same policy.

Great Sunday shopping experience I’ve never been to the Sherwood Park store, but I would definitely return. The lady was very helpful and friendly. I found what I needed quickly and was in and out of the store within 15 minutes!

I couldn’t be more unhappy about the service we received at this store when purchasing items for Christmas.First of all, we were told when purchasing the items that a gift receipt would be all we needed to return.When I went to return the items, they said that I needed the original receipt, which was with another person who lived in downtown Edmonton.That person had to come all the way back to Sherwood Park in order to do the refund.When we were at the store doing the refund, one of the items didn’t have the barcode on it. The staff were extremely irritable and even blamed us for removing the barcode.We told them that was how we purchased the item. The person in charge looked at the name of the person who sold the items to us and went on about going to discipline that person because of it.That is unacceptable. No staff should ever be disciplined for such a minor detail like that.Their behaviour overall was very inappropriate and unprofessional. We won’t be going back to that store again.

I've been coming to this store for years. Every time great customer service. Yesterday I went in and nobody else was in the store. The clerk was at the cash register desk. Didn't look up, didn't acknowledge me. I was browsing the store and found a few items I liked. The clerk still didn't acknowledge me and I had to ask her for a fitting room. She looked irritated that I interrupted her coloring. Terrible customer service. I give 2 stars because they have great clothes.

I was looking to find a new pair of jeans. It is difficult to find a pair to fit as I have larger thighs and calves. Most jeans are too tight in the legs for me. The salesperson, Poonam, was so good in finding me jeans to try on. She brought me many selections and was so helpful and patient in finding me something that would fit. We finally narrowed it down to the one pair that fit me well. No alterations needed in the jeans I chose. It was so nice to have such wonderful help. I will definitely go back to Bootleggers to shop. Thank you for your tremendous help.
