We live in Spruce Grove and we are CIBC clients in our city. While in Sherwood Park we needed to use their CIBC bank.We were so impressed ????We are feeling so cheated that this lovely bank is so far away from our home. The clerk was NOT BEHIND a counter with a long line. The bank machines were in the bank and this lovely clerk was making sure everyone had a Good Morning and any assistance that they needed. WHAT ? Everything was being wiped and the machines were so clean.We needed a service that a bank employee had to do and it was done quickly and professionally.So, there was ample parking and doors that opened facing the parking lot. No ramps and no heavy doors. No walking around a building to find an entrance door.I would not have known that this friendly, efficient CIBC bank existed. Now I want this model for Spruce Grove because banking can be pleasant. Who knew.Thank you Sherwood Park. You are lucky indeed

I want to thank Mrs. Dixon for her help in a very frustrating situation that has been ongoing for over four weeks. She turned a one star rating into a five star rating. I had been trying to reach the CIBC general manager Mrs. Commisso for several weeks leaving numerous voice messages and no reply or communication at all, very unprofessional. I left a voice message on the general inquiry line and Mrs. Dixon called me that day. After explaining my situation, Mrs. Dixon listened to my concerns and did some initial digging into what happen. She explained that she would need to dig a little further and would call me back shortly. I was very impressed when Mrs. Dixon called me back in short order with some answers. Not only did she call me back with some answers but also with a game plan and options on how to get things back on track. A really appreciate that Mrs. Dixon took the time to listen to me, understood my situation and called me back with some solutions, excellent customer service. She turned a very frustrating experience into one of direction and closure. I would also like to thank Mr.Abbasi, for his support when I reached out to him. He tried to help/ support me the best he could in a confusing situation . Mr.Abbasi has always provided me with excellent support in mortgages, investments, and accounts.Thank you again to the team at Lakeland.

THIS BRANCH BY FAR IS THE MOST CONSIDERATE AND UNDERSTANDING. Boy am I impressed. I travel in less then 10 hrs and I was stuck at work THE WHOLE DAY without a client card , resources and a means to go into the branch on my break. I google maps the closest location to my work and rushed over there roughly around 4:45pm Got there 4:55 pm (roughly 5-3 minutes before closing) And honest to God, the branch reps were so kind about the time and stayed open a lil over 5:00pm just to help me obtain a new client card and withdraw my funds accordinglyfrom my TFSA and pull money from the ATM. To whoever helped me (because I didn't get your name) I just want to say THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!!! From the bottom of my heart! Your concern and care for my little delema was truly appreciated. You saved me a lot of hassle,worry, time and stress. Like this was the highlight of my day. Now I can effectively execute and tackle my last minute To-do's and bills alongside student loan payments before my flight. AGAIN! Thankyou for ur help!!

I understand Branch goes through transition which is a norm in today's world and it is more digital but the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I met the new Financial Adviser who guided me with my Financial Planning aspects and introduced me to his manager who is also a gentleman. I am very happy with the Branch services and staff

Bank was great until they got rid of all the tellers. Used to have a 5 star rating as customer service was great. Now they might as well just have an ATM there. Lowest denomination of bills you can get are $20s, what kind of bank can’t even break bills for you.

Absolutely the worst customer service every, single time, I visit this location. The manager talks down to you and belittles you. The staff has no customer service skills. I will ensure to get my family and friends to leave cibc to ensure that they dont have to put up with the same embarrassing service.

The people working there are nice. BUT, nothing got done, hard to contact the banker, just left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be using CIBC, especially when I went to scotia & the banker there got everything done ASAP. Nice to work with people who don't piss around
