We have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy in Sherwood park. In the past 3 months and before on different occasions they did not have the drug on hand to fill my prescription and had to wait several weeks to get it . One time they questioned my prescription from my doctor on an infection that he shouldn’t prescribe a penicillin ? Why unsure , it was the only thing I was taking. She was rude and almost didn’t fill it. I thought it’s not an addictive drug . Call my doctor if you have an issue and don’t embarrasses me in front of everyone at Costco! Another time they called me to say my prescription was ready but it wasn’t , please wait 45 minutes….Ugh . One time when I picked up my drug it only had 1 month supply instead of my regular 2 months as per doctors orders. Pharmacist said that’s their policy….. I had to complain in order to get my 2 months supply. They are rude to us with no customer service. Frustrating part of Costco @Sherwood park .

Didn't provide appropriate sized needles nor did they provide any syringes for my prescriptions. The staff argued with my husband when he requested them and in the end he left without any. Made to wait for 45min because the staff could not figure out the prescription that they had previously confirmed was ready for pick-up. Will never come back.

Do not go for immunizations here if you need info entered into the netcare portal ot you need proof you have said vaccinations later on.
Make sure to keep your receipt as proof you have said vaccine.
They will not add them into the netcare portal.
The assistants will argue with you and it is not until you scream at them giving them details of other shots you got at the exact same time and date that they realize gee maybe this person did get the shot they're saying they did (ya think?)
I finally got passed along to pharmacist who saw the issue and said she put it on netcare.
What's irksome and very frustrating is I went thru this same process weeks ago and asked them to add both doses of a 2 shot immunization requirement i have into netcare- they entered the 2nd shot but not the first

When I dropped off a prescription, they said, "An hour." Whenni came back again in an hour, they said 20 minutes more. After 20 minutes later when I tried to pick up, she told me to be patient. And what I heard while I was waiting in the waiting line, most of the staff went for break even tho ppl are waiting on line. They are lazy and rude.

55always great service at Costco,returns are made from staff very easy to return , it always busy but getting through tills is very quick

I originally gave them a 5 star review, but after my last three visits I have now changed it to a 1 star.During my last visit I dealt with an older woman, I had let her know that my dog had passed away, and that I wouldn't be needing the amount of medication I had previously asked to be filled, and she abruptly said in an agressive tone "well I didn't know he died", it was an awkward and unpleasant interaction.Most of the staff at this location are quite rude, especially an older lady by the name of "Karen".... go figure, and another older lady with dirty blonde hair who wears a white lab coat but clearly isn't a pharmacist.Although I have to say the male manager at this Costco location is exceptional, great customer service, and just attitude in general.Maybe he should train the Costco pharmacy staff with his customer service skills because they're clearly lacking.Old and angry women may not be the best choice for front end customer service rolls.There's not one pleasant review here.... go figure.

This is more so directly towards the Pharmacy. I went in at 1:30 pm to drop off a prescription. I was told 45 minutes, so i came back at 2:35, when i went to pick up, they told me it wasn't ready and it would be another hour. Then when i asked why as i was told 45 minutes they weren't sure what was going on, so i leave, i come back at 3:45, STILL NOT FUCKING READY, they weren't sure what was going on asked me sit down, so i sat for another 20 minutes with another person who was having issues with them. They dropped theirs of at 10 am and were still having problems, waited and waited for patient counseling, i wasted gas, time and patience and almost missed my fucking appointment because they don't have a clue how to manage shit. Get a manager or get employees with much more than half a brain. Absolute dog shit.

I've been dealing with Costco pharmacy (various locations) for many years. Service has always been exceptional, except for Sherwood Park. I was there recently and had someone called "Tracey" serve me. I can't quite decide if she was rude or just impolite. Someone should give her a hug. I guess good help is hard to come by these days.

Having my Rx’s here has been chaos. I have never seen so many mistakes in 40 years of having medications. I’ve tried it for several months due to the price of 1 drug I take and every single order has had an error. I’m transferring to another pharmacy now and they have screwed up sending my file over twice already. Zero stars would be more accurate. :(

The old lady that was working pharmacy pick up today, June 29, was very rude and didn’t properly answer my questions. I don’t think she knew the answers and didn’t direct me to speak with a pharmacist.

Sh*t hole, like I can't even bring a coffee in but yet you can buy a drink there and walk around which is bullsh*t, plus I put my mask down for 2 seconds as I'm leaving to unlock my iPhone because that's how you mostly unlock iPhones and this one lady from all the down a aisle that works there started yelling "put your mask up over your nose" so I told her to get out of my sight and she walked away with the middle finger waving in the air so people go to a different Costco, the one by the airport is way better, there employees are not all up in your face over some dumb sh*t

As I never used Costco pharmacy before turned out my medication was out of stock everywhere accept Costco, as everyone told me Costco is much cheaper anyways. Picked up my medication it’s usually no more then $45 Costco charged 67??? Over $20 more I asked them this can’t be right they proceeded to talk down to me that I should of called to make sure and ask next time what the medication cost would be. That was I sure I was paying $45 before to “double check” and make sure and they kept informing on how there pick up cost was the cheapest everywhere else? That doesn’t help me, my medication was over 20 bucks more then usually and were zero help. Since they were the only place who had it available I had to pay. I will back going back to the Sherwood park synergy clinic they were much nicer for thing and a lot more helpful! As their prices are cheaper. Being in pharmacy is still customer service.
