Selection was ok but why only a 2 star waited in line over 10 minutes when the young guy never called for another cashier while he was filling up balloons 🎈 he kept saying 1 minute but was in a rude sounding tone

I visited the store recently and noticed that there was no music playing, which made the atmosphere unusually quiet. I politely asked a staff member who was stocking shelves if there was typically any music played in the store. She initially responded with “Huh?” and after I repeated my question, she replied, “No, we don’t have any unless you have your own,” followed by a laugh. However, the tone of her laughter came across as dismissive rather than friendly, making the interaction feel rude and unprofessional.
As someone who has worked as an opening manager, I understand that sometimes music can be overlooked at the start of a shift, so my question was not meant to be critical. I was surprised by the staff member’s response, as it doesn’t take much effort to be courteous. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the cashier at the front was very kind and provided a smooth, efficient transaction.

Decent dollar store location. It’s quite large and the selection is good. Staff are friendly.

I was just at the Sherwood park store in alberta. I am assuming it was a manager that was working there. Was rude and condescending. I am helping with a Christmas project and needed to purchase supplies -on top of which I needed some boxes. She rudely and aggressively pointed out the boxes were for paying customers. ( which I was) as well only 4 per customer. She watched me the entire time I was there to ensure I took only 4 boxes. ( the bin was overflowing with boxes) . I would not recommend

This guy lace has so much stuff. I could spend in this place easily. Haha I usually go to the 137 one but I will for sure be making this my to go to store. Only problem I would have is. It was super hot in the store. The A/C does not work properly. Those poor workers. The worker was super sweet and was so helpful. Yup this is now my favourite store
