I was in DSW shoe warehouse Sherwood park location Alberta on May 17 2024 looking for some wide width shoes for myself I want give commendation to Heather who was super helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to help me even though they didn’t have my size she went and looked up on computer where I could find some.I They need for staff like Heather thank you again you made my day

came in to do a return and was helped by Emma she was extremely rude while I was doing the return . I had purchased online and my email had a different price listed than what I was being refunded when I questioned that and asked about the return policy she could not give me a straight response as to what it was or why there was a price difference. laughing while I was asking , it was a 35$ different as to what I paid vs what I was refunded , very off putting .

DSW has a great selection of shoes and the prices are pretty great as well. Boxing Day sales meant extra savings. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well.

This place my shoes place. Always buy new pair of shoes at here. They are always friendly ready to help. They help me order online a pair of shoes because they didn’t have my size. Save me time searching for the same shoes or different kind of shoes. I didnt want to go to different shoe store so I decided order online And wait patiently. Great customer service!!! Highly recommend

I purchased a pair of Admon running shoes on July 8th for $59.97 + GST. On September 8th I brought them back. I admit I did wear these shoes alot but as you do with new shoes I was careful not to wear them in the rain or in overly wet conditions. I have other shoes for that and I even use an old pair of runners when cutting the lawn. I don't jog. I also use a different pair of runners for exercise class. I should mention that I am almost 68 years old and don't jog. On both shoes the rubber has worn out on the heels andat the ball of the foot. I can litterly poke my finger through the heels of each running shoe. So even though I had the shoes for just 2 monrhs to the day, they obviously were worn out sometime before that. When I brought them back to the store in Sherwood Park Mall for any type of credit I could get. They refused to offer me any credit because apparently I ' wore the heck our of them'. So if you actually intend to wear the shoes you purchase you purchase, I would NOT Rerecommend purchasing them there.

Wide variety of shoes to choose from. I went to buy hiking boots and there were more than ten options. More importantly, all sizes were available in all styles, which is rare in today's world of supply chain issues.The staff was very helpful and cooperative. I will go there again!

There are simply a tonne of shoe options here! If you leave without a pair, you are either picky or looking for something so specific that you'd be best off ordering it in. Lol!I think this is the perfect place to go if you know you need a pair of shoes and want to try a couple on, buy one, and get on with your life!

Great place to buy shoes because they are always in stock. Worst place for staff. Had some older staff who were just so rude. Didn't even help . You try to talk to them and they just ignore you and walk away. I would have gotten out faster if they had helped me but they stood there ignoring me and other customers. Maybe it would have been different if I had makeup on and wore a business outfit . If you need help, I recommend the south common shoe company. Also I had asked why these shoes werent 20% off as in the wide section they were and they said because, that's all they said and I brought up that at the shoe company it's 20% off that's when they checked. Didnt even say sorry. Not impressed on how I was treated. I even tried talking to them at cash with a friendly face and I was still ignored.
