Iv never written a negative google review in my life but i havent been able to get an email response to an inquiry about an order i made. They did however respond to a new inquiry i made and then as soon as i referenced my past order i did not get a response. 3 emails i sent and nothing. I also tried on instagram and nothing. Terrible customer service

Admittedly, I have not purchased from them yet as I am having some trouble deciding on gifts. But before I even do, it’s easy enough to see the Jim that lies in this store. Truly unique offerings that aren’t found everywhere else this store stands out as a placethat offers toys that truly inspire the mind and the hands to work together with imagination. The owners spent some time talking to me and are passionate and very sweet, this is what small business is all about.

Just visited their new location and am obsessed with the space. So many fun toys and crafts and books that are unique and reasonably priced. A play area in the back for your kiddos to hang in while you shop and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend making this your spot for gifts, stocking stuffers, etc.

Stopped by Farmer & Daughter Toy Shop to purchase a toy for donation. There is a wide variety of toys and options to purchase from. I had a strict budget and the woman working helped me with a purchase to fit this budget. The owners are lovely people and the store is so welcoming and cute. Highly recommend!

A Must visit !
I absolutely adore this place! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always taking the time to listen to what I'm looking for. When I mentioned we're going on a road trip, she went above and beyond to find the perfect items for my 8 year-old son. The decor is all handmade, and the displays are beautifully crafted, showcasing items from around the world. What I love most is that there's always something new and exciting to discover, making it a okace for everyone. The unique, high quality products and exceptional customer service make this place truly special.

I recently asked Yves at Farmer & Daughter Workshop to make a custom Edmonton Oilers Crib Board for me. The final product went beyond my expectation. The craftsmanship and quality of this board was out of this world!!!

I have had bookshelves, beds, stuffed animal holders , and ramps all made from farmers daughter workshop and everything they make they make with pride. They are absolutely amazing at making your visions come to life. It’s always built so well these are items that will last for life! If I ever need anything built this will always be where I go!

My fiancé and I had a custom bench with hidden drawers made for our kitchen table. They did exceptional work. The craftsmanship is impeccable! All hand cut pieces! Farmer Daughter took our design and made it better. They had the piece completed and delivered on time as promised! I also got a custom made Oiler sign made by them! Amazing work! Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting any sort of custom pieces built!

I’m disappointed to have to write this negative review, but I have tried to contact F&D to no avail. I purchased the small piklar climber and slide in December and when I got it home I realized the slide is actually quite harsh. It's not smooth to slide down and when my daughter does, she gets small pieces of wood build-up on her bum. They aren't big splinters or anything, but it's still noticeable and not comfortable. I emailed the company on Dec 20 and then followed up on Jan 10, asking for their phone number to call and discuss this issue (I cannot find their number on their website, Google maps listing, or IG account), but have not heard back yet. I live about 30 minutes away and don't think I should have to drive out of my way to contact this retailer, they should reply to emails when a customer reaches out.

Was pretty excited to order the mini sticks as Christmas presents.The quality of the sticks themselves are very good. However as you can see from the photo the engraving name on the one stick is messed up and doesn’t look very good.For the $35 price point I’m very bummed out. The dad one looks awesome I’m just sad that the quality for the engraving is so different from one to the other.UPDATE: the owner refunded me the cost of the stick that was defective. I'm happy the owner made it right.
