“I was very happy with this flower shop. I called to get same day delivery. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. I let her pick the colors/flowers for the arrangement and it turned out beautiful. Price was also very reasonable.”

“Really beautiful flowers. I liked the option for a preserved rose. However, I paid for and asked for delivery and they phone my Mom and told her to come and pick them up. Not nearly as special. They refunded me the delivery fee, but still not what I asked for or was expecting.Edit: To response. Fair enough, that's not what she said but it is possible that it was just a miscommunication.”
