Wanting to look pretty after a week of rough work. I paid 13.50 Was told to use my pin to enter my bathroom to which I did and was pleasantly surprised to find Clean warm towels No bag in the garbage and only hand soap My fan did not work properly and the water was cold I had applied hair dye that was unable to take to my hair due to the lack of time my door was knocked on 3 times by men the first time I apologize through the door and asks to only be another 15 minutes and told I had been in there for an hour and a 1/2 at this point I'd only been in there for 45 minutes.... After explaining to them that the water was cold (didn't even fog up the mirror)I was told that they could fix it from their side id offered to pay twice the fee and was told it wasn't about money there was a maintenance problem After the third knock I opened the door and offered the gentleman $5 having been dressed He refused it and informed me that they had called the police with a smile on his face. I am not a fan. If your job is customer service you should be there to serve the customer Instead of cutting costs on water showers were vacant when I got there and vacant when I left. I understand why.

Bad behavior and stilling money from parking and if leave your trailer for any reason you won't find it they will call tow truck to tow it......... ????

Manager is a thief. Their pumps messed up and kept shutting off so went just to end the transaction. Would have held to pay a fee for the cash advance, as of course not enough fuel was pumped because their pumps are faulty. Told them not to put it through. But now find out after I left they did put it through & process the cash advance and have taken the cash. Called flying j directly and they told me nothing they can do.

How does a place that is open 24 hours and has propane for rv's but has nobody available to fill propane tanks on the weekend? Guess people don't need propane on the weekends.

They should stop selling those pizzas until they can find a good chef. Its not that hard to make good pizzas. What we get for 7$ is a slice of dough full of oil and 3 pieces of salami. They are basically insulting drivers and ripping them off. Buffet is not going to take the billions with him to the grave.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. Pre paid $100 at the pump, got charged twice and was never given the option to put gas in my car. Went inside, no refund, just "check your bank account in 3 days" and another $100 charge to finally put gas in my car. In the end I paid $300 for about $80 worth of gas.

There's never receipt paper on the pump. If you need it, you have to lock the car, go inside and do the line. Then you tell the cashier and of course no apologies. Every single time. This is the last time I do gas here.
Also, they don't apply AMA members discount, even if it's a Shell gas station
