Wanted to shout out the staff at this La Vie! They were friendly, capable, attending and went above and beyond no matter how many questions we have about sizes and designs.
Especially wanted to shout out Brianna for their amazing service throughout our shopping experience. We'll come back to this location!

Went there yesterday, the difference in the level of service and professionalism between this location and the SP mall location is astounding. Emerald hills is the place to go if you want true customer service!! Each staff member seemed genuinely happy to help, where as SP mall employees ask but just want to go back to their gossip, party plans and social media discussion they have grouped together at the checkout. I will only be coming to the Emerald Hills location now, the ladies there are just amazing. A+++

Staff out front was run off their feet trying to help everyone. There were 3-4 people in the back at the time.
When we were able to get help measuring my daughter, the person measuring her giggled and said "oh, you're so tiny!". While I believe it was intended as a compliment, it is in no way appropriate to comment on the shape or size of someone's body, particularly in a role such as this.
The other staff members who helped us were kind and compassionate and very helpful.

Incredible experience. Super friendly and helpful employees, Taylor helped me and she was an absolute doll. Not pushy or anything, very sweet and very attentive. Very clean store with a lovely, feminine, empowering atmosphere and phenomenal staff. Coming from someone who hates bra shopping, I will always favour this location!

We had the best time trying on swimwear and we had so many questions and different changes. Tanya, helped us and never made us feel like we were in the way or crazy for trying on so many outfits. She remembered who wore what and bagged us up and divided all our things. So impressed and happy.

Went in on a self care day to browse and see what I could find. The manager Terry helped me out when she knew what I was looking for. Recommended a bunch of items, was super helpful. Highly recommend this location.

Love this store so much ❤ always has something I love and their bras are soooooooo comfy and lingerie is too and sooooo cute, I always buy a few pieces when I step in lol you have to stop by and treat yourself or your person to some of their garments
