Worst experience. I asked them to request refills from my Dr. They couldn't figure out how to use the fax machine. This lead to me being 3 days without medications. I would definitely choose ANY OTHER pharmacy then this one. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would .

Prescriptions take way too long to fill, and then when I do pick them up they are almost always only half filled stating there is a shortage and they "iou" more. They should not take weeks to fill. After being here years, it's time to change.

Old staff was great . Today they are unbelievably incompetent !!!! No one ever answers the phone .Would definitely go to another pharmacy except for the fact my doctor is at Superstore .It’s too bad because I’m sure customer frustration has many people not going to the pharmacy.Therefore not shopping at Superstore also !!

Horrible wait time...no one acknowledges you at counter...they tell you 1 hour..you give them more than a hour and prescription is still not ready..they haven't even looked at it.there is at least 6 persons behind the counter and so slow. Plus not the most pleasant sandy brown blond lady either..try somewhere else..there are options

This Pharmacy has become almost unreliable in preparing prescriptions and customers have returned numerous times to pick up orders because they had not been processed.The old staff new their clients and were dependable. I have talked to numerous customers who are moving to another Pharmacy. A sad situation after many years of excellent service.

So bad lately…… I miss all the staff before, what happened to this location?? When I ask the pharmacy how to use the medication, the pharmacy assistant yelling at me said can you read?? Everything is on the box! Then laughed at me with all other staff….. my prescription sitting there for more than 3 weeks still not filled……

I have been getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for many years. Over the last 2 years there has been a drastic decline in service. I would do a phone refill, then call and ask if my refill was ready told yes only to find out at the pick up that it wasn’t even processed!!! So frustrating. This was happening over & over again especially in the last 6 months. I’m not sure what the issue is?? I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy. :(

Terrible customer service. I was standing at the prescription drop off window and after sitting on her computer ignoring me for a good 5 minutes the lady snapped “do you have a question? No prescriptions will be filled today” as if that was common knowledge and I was an idiot for trying to drop off a prescription. Definitely will not be returning!

I am not one to make reviews, however, I have been going to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember, and they have always been pleasant and easy to deal with. Within the last 1-2 years, this pharmacy has been incredibly infuriating. I will refill my prescription and 5-6 days later it is still not ready, and this isn't a one off thing... this has happened the last 5 times. They are incredibly hard to connect with about questions or concerns. They don't care if you are running low on your medication and need to refill it. I waited in line for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet me or anything. I understand this field can get very busy but when there is 5-6 staff behind the counter and not one person comes to say anything to you.. even something as simple as "sorry we are busy we will be with you in a moment" it shows a lack of respect for customers time. I will be changing my pharmacy as this location has become imposssible to deal with. I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID at all costs!!!!!

This pharmacy has gone downhill very drastically since they underwent a “system change”. I have heard that the best pharmacists quit because they were against the change. I call in 10 days before my prescription is due for refill, call 5 days after to see if it’s ready, call the day before I pickup to see if it’s ready, get to the counter that day and who would’ve guessed… “oh we haven’t filled that we are behind 3 days there’s over 300 prescriptions to fill before yours” like… maybe that’s why I give 10 days notice? And call 5 days before?? Come on Loblow. Hire more pharmacists, more staff, whatever you need to do to get this place back on its feet. I do not want to go without my prescription because you can’t fill it WITH TEN DAYS NOTICE. This place sucks I’m going somewhere else.

Service has gotten so bad lately. Hold time to speak to a pharmacist should not be 40+ minutes just to show up to prescription not even being ready days later.

Very slow, precriptions are not ready, drop off and still after a week not ready. Don't explain why. Told me to go to another pharmacy for they won't be able to fill for a week.Difficult to explain and understand some staff due to language barrierStaff not friendly, but maybe because lack of support from loblaws.

I've been going to this Pharmacy for years and after today I will be switching over to another pharmacy. This year they have been consistently late in refilling prescriptions. What is the point of calling in a week early only to get there and be redirected to the drop off area to start all over again. Terrible terrible service this year

Terrible service. Waited 1hr for my prescription when it was supposed to be ready days before. Rude pharmacist and seriously understaffed.
