So unreal, I have grown up in the area. I have gone to this circle K for 7 years and I have NEVER had an issue until tonight. There has never been a sign stating that the ‘froster’ cups are STRICTLY for slurpees. So anyways i was with a group of friends and I had filled a froster cup with ice cream like I have a million times before and went up to the counter to purchase it, the older man working at the counter had said “you can’t buy this” I had asked why and he said there are ice cream cups for ice cream, I said you can charge me extra that’s ok’ like the other workers do EVERYTIME. So anyways after ARGUING with me for at least 2 minutes he finally let me purchase the cup, so my friends I was with had stuff and the worker had charged everything together like we wanted besides the ice cream and charged me separate and wouldn’t let my friend pay when they were already going to be paying for anything that I was going to buy. I eventually snapped and walked out. It’s a god damn ice cream cup, your company was going to make money but now they didn’t and lost a local, loyal customer

Went along with my friends to get late night snacks and the gentleman at the counter refused to charge me for my friends ice cream since she got it in a cup, i was more then willing to pay for the extra few bucks it normal would have been like we had been charged for in the summer months and refused to sell it to us saying “I cant do that”
Absolute worst customer service ive had. The older gentleman wearing a black hat and a black cardigan and wore glasses, not impressed in the slightest.

Mann was very disrespectful towards me and my friends and accused us of using the ice cream machine wrong when we were just using it normally, He didnt try to hear us out. Made us uncomfortable not coming back. ?

They have outlandish prices for convient store I wouldn't buy anything from here ever it's a joke and the tellers smells so bad like at prices they are charging you think they can afford soap and take shower very un professional needs new management badly I'm never ever in my life going to this one circle k again

This location has the worst service, it’s so bad that it seems like nobody is working here.. Every time I go here I wait at the register to pay for 10 minutes if not more cause there’s nobody there at the till.. When there is finally someone at the till, this same male cashier that I see there everyday and sees that I’m standing there waiting to pay would rather stand and talk to someone off to the side than help me pay for my stuff so that I can finally leave.. I also get the Hotdog very often and there is never a Hotdog to go tray for it and never any ketchup or mustard put out to use, so I’m always having to hold my hotdog in my bare hands and eat it plain.. If your selling HotDogs, make sure there is items on the counter for customers to easily grab and use for the Hotdogs otherwise it’s a inconvenience. I won’t be going back here any more..

Typical selection for a Macs store, but watch the change your given. One time I have a 20 and clerk argued I gave a 10 and next time have him $4 and the clerk tried to say I gave $3!
