Went to exchange some children’s coveralls, accidentally grabbed an insulated coverall and I didn’t realize. When I was doing my exchange it was more expensive so I was about to pay the difference until my friend stepped in and said it shouldn’t be more expensive just because it’s larger in size. Then the cashier pointed out that it was a different style which is why it’s more expensive. I did not want an insulated coverall so I’m thankful my friend stepped in otherwise I would have made a mistake. I feel like the cashier should have told me it was different when she scanned it and noticed it was a different product. She didn’t seem to care either way, need better people working here.

I bought an excellent pair of Dakota winter work boots here last month. After using them for 2 weeks, one of the laces broke. I went back to this location and talked to Sehaj about this. He set me up with a replacement pair of laces at no charge. Thank you for the awesome follow up service!

Unfriendly staff. Nobody seems to want to be there and therefore are not available to help. Not the usual Mark's experience other locations provide.

I always love Marks and their selection of work and casual clothes as well as a lot of selection on various accessories. Sales at black Friday and other sale days are usually some of the best around so watch out for those.

Great selection here compared to most other marks work Wearhouse's very impressed. Selection of items was very impressive!

Great products, great variety, great work stuff. Staff are not very observant or friendly. They young men are not good at seeking customers even if they see you. I had 2 guys walk right by me, no greeting, no asking if I need help, nothing. I got what I needed and headed out. I guess the store likes to hire poor customer service individuals, then you get poor customer service. I won't be back to this store, but I do like Marks for their items.

I went to marks sherwood park emerald hill's to buy new work boots had good experience Irene helped us we bought two pairs of timberlands.
Went back seven days later to exchange the mens work boots because they hurt my feet .Because I had worn the boots a few hours in the shop, there was dust on the bottom of the boots. Lisa the attending manager that day refused to let me return them for a different pair. Okay, so we went to a different Marks, They gladly took the boots back and let me exchange them for a different pair. I highly recommend avoiding Sherwood park Marks. They do not follow the Marks return policies.

Visited Mark's to buy a short sleeve shirt. Since it was fall I expecting to find a limited selection and initially only found a clearance rack with a couple of short sleeve shirts in my size. Was about to leave when Sehaj(sales associate) approached me and asked if he could help me find anything. He led me to an area in the back of the store with a wide variety of short sleeve shirts. Said if my size wasn't there to let him or one of his associates know and they'd look in the back. I then asked Twinkle (sales associate) for a shirt in my size and she helped to find it. I tried on the ones I'd chosen and Jenifer(changing room) set me up with a room and also in getting help replacing a shirt. While she was gone Euphemia replaced her to make sure others were looked after. In the end I came in looking for 1 to 2 shirts and purchased 7!! And when I went to pay, the cashier was helping another customer so Twinkle opened a second till and made sure I was taken care of. I received excellent service from everyone at Mark's and will 100% be returning. Along with the great service I love my shirts too! Great quality and comfortable. Thank you everyone.
