2nd time this month with a negative experience. This time the cashier did not know how Triangle money worked, said I didn't have any even though I had nearly $10 and told me to pay with my MasterCard first and then she would be able to see how much reward money I had. Of course the purchase went through immediately on my MasterCard with no option to use my Triangle money. Just frustrating.

Went today for door crasher deals. They had nothing ready. Flyer arrived by mail Monday. Very little effort to try and sell me anything. Walked out upset.

Went in to the store today to find some new pants. Everyone in the fitting area and clothing were very helpful. After that my fiancée found some boots that she really liked. They were sitting on a shelf with approximately 15 other pairs. These boots came in 3 colors and all 3 were on sale. Regular price was $109.99, on for $69.99 plus an additional 25% off the sale price for the door crasher sale. We went to the front to pay and the cashier told her $74. So we mentioned they were on a shelf that said take an extra 25% off. She simply said "no it isn't." I said there was a specific shelf for this exact boot on sale. She then decided to tell me "if you're sure about that go back and take a picture and prove it." Already quite rude, but I went and took the picture. After showing her she said "no you're wrong that's for a completely different boot, would you like to pay or not." She absolutely refused to look into it and we ended up paying the $74. We aren't at all mad about having to pay that price however, the staff member really had zero reason to treat us like garbage and like we were stupid. Customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore unfortunately.

I wandered in to grab some cargo pants and also grabbed a yeti coffe mug. I went to use a couple of old gift cards and one of the cards was not working because it was a couple years old.
The manager jumped on the phone right away and took care of business, got my cards honored and it was all resolved in mimutes.

The staff is extremely pushy when trying to provide you with assistance. They do not give you your space to shop at your leisure.
I was harassed three times with less than 5 minutes when trying to purchase one Carhartt sweater.
In this process, the company lost my business because I I felt uncomfortable to the point where I felt pressured, so I left the premises.
Unfortunately, the representatives working at this location do not know how to read the room, and because of this, the business lost a sale.
Businesses need to be extremely cautious when hiring fragile men.

Drove all the way from Fort Saskatchewan to this Marks to get a pair of work boots no one else had at their stores. So; they don’t have them out for sale; but are stuffed in the back somewhere and the girl trying to retrieve them had me wait like forever. The pair that finally arrived didn’t fit so she went back for the next size up that she said was here. Course she couldn’t find it!! As I waited even longer; she tried to get some guy that knew something to go find them but he had this day off. So I left empty handed.
So that being said…. If you guys want to sell something… put it out for me to buy! She says for me to buy it online. I don’t wanna buy it online! Some of us just don’t! I most definitely will not be going here again: ever!
As well;… while I was waiting for the boots I didn’t get; I found a nice pair of Skechers sneakers that I was gonna buy. They were on sale for like 85 bucks. Went to till and the lady says 162 dollars! I said no way! Their 85. She says go show me the sign! I’m like screw you and she says that I changed the box. Tell me this… why would I change the box to a higher price?! She was rude! She wouldn’t listen to me! You guys lost a great customer and a good sale! Hope you loose more! Treat customers better. Accommodate them. If not for us you’d cease to exist!!

This has to be one of thee BEST Mark's stores in Canada. Traveling from BC, I stopped at this store to take advantage of the sales and the "no PST." Thank you Alberta!
I was here to replenish an old wardrobe, so tried on at least 30 items. I hate shopping, but HARMAN and HARLEEN made it relaxing and fun. The service I received from these 2 gals was supreme. They worked tirelessly to help me find just the right items. All smiles and no "attitude." They made suggestions that I would never have thought of, and I liked, and bought some of those items! They were both so "into" their jobs. So, $431.97 later...I'm one happy shopper, and I owe this experience to these 2 ladies! I strongly suggest a significant raise for them, as they are a real asset to this company.

Not one person asked if I needed help. When I took my very large pile of items to the front, the day shift manager was rude. Told me not talk to her I was interrupting her break. Unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this.
