Customers describe an amazing and incredible selection that hits a wide variety of options for kids of all ages and interest levels. Many reviews highlight the Sherwood Park location for its outstanding customer service. Staff there are described as kind, welcoming, polite, and a delight to deal with, going above and beyond to help. One customer notes it revived their faith in retail businesses that care. People have a blast visiting and can't wait to return.
However, experiences vary significantly by location. One reviewer strongly warns against the Edmonton South Common location, calling the staff and management the worst and rudest, citing issues with returns. Another expresses disappointment with the Sherwood Park location's hours, finding it closed earlier than expected. Despite this, loyal customers state they will strictly only shop at the Sherwood Park location due to the positive service and selection.
