Our service experience was exceptional. JD kept me well informed regarding the progress of our vehicle. And even though the part we needed was difficult to procure at no time did we feel ignored or that our concerns were not being addressed. In the end our vehicle was repaired. Thank you. ?

Friendly service and they were quick to get us in. Reasonable price for an oil change and they even checked the brakes! Update...came in another time about a year later and they are still 5 star in my books.

At the beginning of October, I took my car in for a regular oil change and the hoist failed and dropped my car on its side. The shop would not cover a third party mechanical/body check to ensure my car was not damaged beyond the body damage that was obvious.
I decided to go through insurance and now Midas will not reciprocate with their insurance information and leaving me to cover things.
I gave them some time to step up before posting this, but they have not. I’m super disappointed that they aren’t being accountable… I would not trust them.

We got off to a bit of a bad start as they were busy inspecting my vehicle and I had never asked for that but all was cleared up and I was satisfied after they fixed my exhaust and switched over my winter tires.

Very nice people, polite and and friendly was able to find parts for my 88 motorhome and was able to get an obsolete part rebuilt for it

I went to Midas in October to get my winter tires done . And they did an inspection for my vehicle. They showed me photos on the that inspection. My dad and I went to see all the things they said wrong with my car. The following included my brake pads, needed to be repaired. My dad and I replaced them. But as we did they looked brand new. Because we companied them. So I just know that I won’t come here again . Because Midas told me I needed stuff done even thought I didn’t. They also told me I needed my air filter for my engine changed even thought I changed it in September. So overall I do not recommend coming here.

Five star service deserves a five star review. I was here to pick up my vehicle for four-wheel alignment and JD the amazing front end manager was walking towards the shop with something in his hand and he turned around, put it on the counter and dealt with me and even though I told him to go make his delivery into his shop. He came back and said to me, your number one, your priority. I can’t believe the digital version of all the stuff that was sent to me these Are amazing.
Update. The next day I booked my daughters vehicle in service and I could not be More pleased With how I’ve been treated. They definitely unpromise over deliver.
