Plus very helpful outside the box…..going the extra mile to lend me a hand installing new wiper blades at a moments notice on a very cold day. Like a big brother who has my back. A month ago, I brought my car in for an oil change, and the technician recommended that I have my car battery cleaned and the air filter replaced. About two weeks later, my car battery suddenly would not start. I contacted the staff, and they were very prompt and eager to fix the issue as soon as possible. I truly appreciated how quickly they responded, especially since I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time. Their fast action really helped reduce my stress during an already overwhelming moment.
Unfortunately, about two weeks after that, my car would not start again. I reached out to them once more, and once again, they were extremely helpful and willing to take my car in right away to address the problem. Throughout the entire experience, their customer service was outstanding. They listened carefully to all of my concerns and consistently showed a genuine willingness to help.
I am giving them a 5-star rating because of the excellent customer service and support they provided. A big shout-out to JD, the manager—he is an amazing person who truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help.

The service provided by Midas was synthetic engine oil change. The service came with free tires rotation and a 100 $ off on the next oil change. I am pleased with Midas services towards customers.

Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the service I received here. I booked online through their website for an oil change as well as a tire repair. I bring my car into the shop and they didn’t take my car in until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had sat there in the waiting room for a little while. They told me my appointment would be an hour due to them doing a courtesy inspection with every service. An hour and a half goes by and my car is still not done. They called me to the front desk to go over my inspection report, and I was told that my oil in my car was dirty. I was confused as it should have been brand new. That’s when they told me that they never had an oil change on my file, just a tire repair. So my car had been in there for a total of 2 hours for a simple screw in my tire that needed to be patched. They then offered to add an oil change to my appointment and I said “No my boyfriend can just do it.” They repeatedly apologized for their mistake. I have background in being a lube technician, and even with a courtesy inspection, there is absolutely NO reason a tire repair should take 2 hours. I was given 2 free oil change coupons and I do not intend on using them. This place is a total scam and I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. You will be highly disappointed.

Our service experience was exceptional. JD kept me well informed regarding the progress of our vehicle. And even though the part we needed was difficult to procure at no time did we feel ignored or that our concerns were not being addressed. In the end our vehicle was repaired. Thank you. ?

Friendly service and they were quick to get us in. Reasonable price for an oil change and they even checked the brakes! Update...came in another time about a year later and they are still 5 star in my books.
