Worst customer service ever!! Website suggests they have a part on the shelf so I'm driving 20 km to get it young dude behind the counter says no we don't have any " very nice " tried to call in advance answering the phone " can you hold please' and after 20 min waiting I hung up. No apology no offer to check other stores!! That's the reason that Amazon is growing and growing."REMEMBER THE NAPA COMMERCIAL ON TV " The only thing "TRUE" is in reality bad customer service.Very disappointed.

Really helpful staff. I went in for an oil filter for a somewhat rare 30 year old vehicle. I was greeted by both counter staff when I entered and I did not have to wait long before Will helped me out. For Will... 5 stars and two thumbs up ??. Thank you!

I will never shop at NAPA again. Saw easily 8 different associates. 3 helping customers. 4 of us in line. After waiting 15 minutes I left. I have far more important things to do than wait for NAPA staff to figure out if they want to help customers. The icing on the cake? One of the staff answered the phone and continued to talk to whomever was on the other end of the line while “helping” a customer. What a joke.

I've never been to a Napa store before and this was a cool experience for me. Not sure if they sold the Carlyle work light or maybe I had to ask for it if it was in the back. Very clean store with baskets at the front for a shopping haul and lots to look at. Great quality products.

The guy name Ryan is the best at Napa so funny and if parts are not in store he orders it in.

Guy with the name Ryan on his long-sleeved black jacket complained openly about having to do my return to another coworker standing next to him. The reciepts were old so I was not sure if I could put it back on my credit card. When I asked if it was ok he just shrugged his shoulders and head and laughed to himself complaining that the reciept were a mess. There were only 3 receipts. Not very professional in my opinion and his attitude was very uncalled for.

Try calling there to see if they have what you need. They put you on hold way way to long to a point just go somewhere else. Sat on hold for 15 mins and then just gave up. Terrible customer service will never go there again.

Owen has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen, and the most patience too. I could tell he was a newer associate and was trying to deal with a very rude, impatient customer who wanted nothing to do with him and handled the customer with respect and grace. I would come back and ask specifically for Owen because he honestly handled himself excellently in this situation. Kudos to you!

Nothing against the location or the people that work there but I just bought fuel filters for my truck here.... my price 170 dollars price... for another client they have on file (mechanics shop) was 54 dollars which i wasnt supposed to know.....just your friendly neighborhood nappa gouging it's customers..... sad thing is they are still making money selling them for 54 dollars....absolutely disgusting how these companies steal from their customers...I'll definitely make sure to be more prepared next time and buy online and not let these guy's steal my hard earned money

Grumpy place for that lady today at Main blvd sherwood park. Never ever smile and never make a good conversation with the customer and she thinks she is the master of parts and what happened next is she gave me a wrong part

Called this Napa 2 days in a row, for different parts and both days they told me they had them. So both days I drove an hour to get there and both days they DIDNT HAVE EITHER PART. I even asked them to double check out back and make sure they were there and I was told they seem them back there. And still didn't have it. Had to drive across town to another napa for the first part and the second day they didn't even have one at any Napa so I had to go rushing around at other stores to find the part. I gave them 2 stars because atleast they are friendly.
