Today one of the sales representatives with shoulder length white hair and a dark denim jacket glared at me. I was looking in the mirror at the time. No greeting. Quite a snooty attitude. So I put the shorts and pants I was going to buy back. Perhaps greet all of the customers in your shop the same way: both white older women and young visible minorities. This store lost out on revenue. I am a lawyer and was a fan of their cotton trousers for work. Thank goodness there are other places to shop. Adjust your attitude dark demin jacket. Shame on you.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and fun. I haven't been to a store for a number of years since the store in Lloydminster closed

I take my mom and sister shopping to Northern Reflections in Sherwood Mall. They like the selections and the price. Staff is always helpful. If a size isn't avalable at this location the staff get on the phone and call the Edmonton locations.

Staff is friendly. Regular prices are too high. Lower regular prices and then you don't have to have so many sales. I would purchase more items here if they lower the regular prices. I don't have time to watch for sales.

Had a wonderful fun time this evening at Northern Reflections. The manager 'Sharon' was very friendly, helpful and honest. We even shared a laugh. It is so pleasant to shop where the people like and enjoy their jobs and their customers. Great experience and will defineatly share this NR location with my friends. Keep up the good work.
