Stalls are just a bit to small to give it more stars. The stalls need to be 2 feet wider

I like the key system. Great equipment and service. You will need cash for the key wash system

Overpriced, with a $4 minimum tap, that only gets you about two minutes of soap spray. Poor lighting and hoses that drape across car hoods instead of being hooked to the side of the bay.

In spring this year, 2023, I waited in line to get into ParkNWash. I had come to only do a quick wash and rinse and seeing the line-up, I respected this and worked fast. As I washed my car, only 4 other previous-to-my-arrival vehicles left the bays. In my last minute of a 6–8-minute stop, I took a rag to wipe my door wells quickly and to wipe the still cloudy film off my back window and mirrors. As soon as the Hummer-owner saw me do that, he yells, “There’s a line-up. No time to do that!” I, a 72-year-old woman who has used this business since 2005, was hustling so that I could depart quickly, was upset by his rudeness to his customers. I answered him that I’ve hardly used any time here and you have all these other bays still filled with customers when I first arrived. I’m ready to leave and you can’t give me a minute to wipe murky windows.” He rudely repeated the same “Hurry – get out” message. Honoring customers doesn’t seem part of this local business owner’s approach. As it stands, the amount of time you get is very short at this car wash and this super rude business owner stands and berates customers to hurry on out when that very customer was doing just that while other customers get to occupy bays for far longer. I won’t be back- ever. Found a better place in town.

Clean, but the amount of time given per $ is worse than many others in the area.

I left my wallet behind because I was rushing around, one of the workers found my fb profile, messaged me to let me know that I left it & kept it safe for me until I came and described it! so thankful to have great people like these staff in town

The stalls here are way too narrow you have to be uncomfortably close to your vehicle while washing. And the tap to pay system is a pain in the a**.

$4 minimum charge is ridiculous. I’ve been to card washes that charge half or less, so their excuse is invalid. Nobody carries coins anymore

Excellent place to wash your vehicle. I prefer the wand washing.

This is my preferred car wash in Sherwood Park. Good pressure on the wands. I use the de-greaser and never use the foam brush. Keeps scratches down to a minimum.Update. Still a great car wash. Like the tap to pay.

Decided to check out a new car wash. Looks very much like the Hughes we have used in Edmonton and Sherwood Park. Same tap machines, bays, etc. The bays are tight though. Noticeable narrower then the ones at Hughes. It is tight moving around the vehicle and hard not to get dirty or splashback from being so close to your vehicle or the bay walls. The tap machines start at $4 which is a big negative for me. I usually start with a my usual amount and then if I need some extra time will add $1 or $2 to finish the job. But if you have to add $4 minimum then I don't know if I will be back. you can probably add some loonies or toonies but really, I rarely carry cash and especially coins these days. I prefer Hughes where I can add that $1 or $2 as needed to finish the job.I wanted to like this place but it just doesn't work for my style of car washing unfortunately and I prefer bigger stalls at other places.
