I used to go to this gym every once in a while with my friend as a guest with her black membership since I have my own gym membership on the military base. We would always go mid day on a weekday when it's not busy. Until (I believe she was some sort of manager) started making comments to me like "when are you going to get your own membership?" And making me feel really uncomfortable and glaring at me. It's not like we'd go during busy hours and take up equipment. We'd walk and chat on the treadmill and do some weights and we're respectful. Plus, I thought that was the perk of my friend having the upgraded membership. Otherwise it's an okay facility and the other staff were friendly but she put a bad taste in my mouth. Even if I was shopping around for a gym membership that wouldn't make me want to sign up there.

Well what can I say - impressed. First visit ever - and no complains other that shower water pressure could be stronger. I’m post surgery, recovering lost musscles, and they have everything you need and then some. Clean, maintained, lockers, toilets, showers - all nice and tidy. Plus got my massage sessions using chairs and hydro. What else do you want? Keep up goid work and talk to plumber regarding that pressure??

I would like to recognize a few staff members in particular. Dino is just fantastic! His dazzling smile and charming personality is always lovely when entering the gym, leaving, going to use the amenities and throughout the time in the gym. He takes the time to walk around, be polite to members while cleaning and refilling the stock as well as making sure everything is in order. I have always appreciated the great customer service and look forward entering when he is on shift. Another, Dennis, him and Dino together are a fabulous duo! They multi task with member sign ins and requests no problem at all, they keep on top of the gym requirements and are constantly welcoming to members and happy to fill their requests!
There are a lot of fabulous workers in this facility but these two young gentlemen definitely stand out.

The air conditioners in the gym and locker room are constantly and uncontrollably running, and this is a repeated occurrence all the time. When you work out or get out of the shower wet, the cold air conditioning can catch you cold. For some reason, the staff does not react to this indifferently.

Everyone is so nice whenever I check in, and there is lots of space hardly ever have to wait for a machine even when its busy!
