I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Chris and John. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure all of my needs were met. From answering all my questions to helping me with the rental process, they made everything smooth and easy. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and care. Highly recommend this location!

We stored my elderly aunt’s belongings here while she was in the hospital for a lengthy stay - moved them out today. The staff (manager - didn’t get his name) was very helpful and did everything he could to help us keep costs reasonable and the move was very pleasant as you can pull into their heated garage staple for loading on a snowstorm!

Rented a unit today. The customer service was outstanding, very friendly and very knowledgable. John from the moment we walked in greeted us and made us feel very welcome. John went above and beyound. The place is very cleaned and well maintained. I highly recommend anyone who needs storage to check out this place first. John was an amazing customer service rep. John, Chris and Jashan at Prime storage in Sherwood park have been absolute angels in helping with our storage needs during a disastrous move. They went above and beyond from negotiating deals to reminding me to pay, to just being an ear when I was having a moving meltdown. Despite moving to south west Edmonton we kept our storage in Sherwood park because of the amazing customer service we received here. It is nice to know that there are some companies that practice customer service to this level still. Well done and thanks for making our storage experience as amazing and helpful as I could possibly imagine.

It's a great facility! It's temperature controlled, clean, and the prices were better compared to other competitors. Shout out to John for his excellent customer service and helping us find the right storage unit for our needs. I highly recommend Prime Storage!

Great location. I have used them twice. First time when I was moving and rented a large bay. Very clean and bright. Second time I stored a vehicle outside. Large gate for access...and very much like the gate sliding open rather than what some of the competition has. I recommend this place and will be using them again.
