I am not picky when it comes to service, but today shocked me..I was told when I bought my shoes that they have a year warranty...I didn't think anything of it because I have never been concerned. But my shoes actually ended up getting cracks in them right where the strap connects to the base after 2 1/2 months. It's a big Crack on one sandle and the other is starting. So I talked to someone on the phone she said to come in to take a look. I was indifferent, bonus if I get a new pair sad but ok if I just have to deal with it. But what upset me was that the person helping me today told me it looks like I cut the sandle! She blantly accused me..my jaw dropped. I showed her the other pair was clearly starting to do it. Then I realized why am I justifying this...I was very upset of being accused and I told her no I didn't cut it and she shrugged...she said she will leave a note for the manager. Now it sucks because I have to follow through with this out of frustration. Absolutely will never shop or recommend this store to anyone.

Beautifully made, LEATHER and wool lined high quality shoes. I was well taken care of by Staff. I will definitely shop here again as I support local Canadian buisness, and object to fast fashion. Even their bags are compostable!! Well done Quarks ?

I went in today and 2 people were working behind the counter. I wanted Ugg slippers. They pointed at the pillar and the table. They don't have the ones I want . I guess they don't exist at another location. They can't be bothered to show me anything. It's too bad, so many stores in the mall are closing. And there's so many other shoe stores I can go to in the mall. I'll keep walking. I can't buy something when nobody can be bothered to help. Sorry.

Prices are decent and they have alot of sizes. However, staff seemed less than enthusiastic and we had to ask a few times for help and sizes before they decided maybe we would buy and actually we're helpful.
