I walked into this branch needing a bank for assistance and they address me with open arms.
I would recommend this branch of the rbc to anyone. any where in the world. This people are my survival to live.

Stood in front of 2 tellers for several minutes without so much as eye contact from either one of them. No smiles, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Did I mention that neither of them was serving a customer and I was 1st in line? Once finally called to the counter, no greeting! She took another several minutes to process the deposit because she didn't know what she was doing. I had to correct her twice. Terrible service!

I just called in to ask why I haven't received a card for the account I set up over a month ago. The woman I spoke to was completely unwilling to help, wouldn't let me speak to any one else or give me any way to escalate the problem. I have only had an account with RBC for one month, and yet this has been the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

My wife just opened an account there and she needed to go in person to find out why her account was on hold. The woman named Tina there refused her driver's license and said that my wife had a hot account. She asked her for a passport then asked why she didn't have one. She also refused her status card, my wife kept trying to explain that we do not need passports if we are born here. The woman refused to help her regardless of the multiple I.Ds she presented. Please train your employees to understand that government issued I.D is sufficient. It is Government issued.

Service and fees are ridiculous and they will not help you unless you force them or tell them you will open a case about banking protocol…absolutely garbage!!!
