Lauren knocked it out of the park today! She was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to work boots. She was able to size my feet, grab various sizes and boots for me to try on and eventually found me the perfect pair. They didn’t have the ones I needed in stock so Lauren was kind enough to call another store and have the boots put aside for me. I can’t thank her enough. It was such a treat receiving exceptional customer service today. Thank you Lauren!!

10/10. All other boot brands are inferior to Red Wings. I wish I went to this store and bought these boots years ago. This particular boot model runs 500$ CAD including toe guards. They are high quality leather work boots that are water resistant, and very comfortable after broken in for a few days. They come with a 1 year warranty. If you find them uncomfortable, and they are not breaking in properly, return them for service. You can repair these boots for 150$ if they get too worn or need service. I'm a big supporter of repair policies instead of throwing things in the trash.I have been in industry for 10+ years and have worn cheap pleather boots, cheap leather boots, and rubber boots. I will never go back.Ensure to clean boots and oil them once a month, and they will prove to last many years of hard use.I originally bought these boots in November, and wore them for a few months before finding a groove digging into the boot. It was causing some pain, so after 3 days I used a back up pair and came into the store to try and get a refund... I was well heard and was given a brand new set of boots since they were still under a one year warranty! The staff is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Turns out I'm a size 11, not 12 too! I was sizing my boots wrong for years too!I can easily see myself purchasing a winter grade leather boots from this store, as well as personal home leather shoes for everyday and luxury use.They smell and look fantastic!10/10!

I went to get a brand new pair of work boots. I co-worker gave me the address of this store. I was attended to by Lauren. This person knows her footwear and knows how to assist a customer. She was pleasant, fun and quite knowledgable . Would recommend this store every time. Tell Lauren Jo sent you and have a blast and great experience shopping.
