I visited this location today, first time at a Reitmans in many years. While trying on clothes I needed a different size. I stepped out of the change room and couldn't get anyone's attention, so I went to grab the clothes myself while still wearing some of the store items. The associate (older woman) finally saw me, and in a confrontational manner said "girl, are you going to buy those?" I explained that I hadn't been able to get their attention so had to grab different sizes myself. I did not appreciate the rude phrasing and clear implication that I was somehow trying to steal items by wearing them to grab a different size. Perhaps staff should be more attentive to their customers before flinging accusations. So, I don't recommend the shopping experience here, and I will not be returning to Reitmans.

I hadn't shopped here for awhile because I could tell they were struggling with management, staffing.. I came in in November, looking for a new coat.. the new manager is the best! Product knowledge is A+, she's friendly and has the best staff right now!!Good work!!!

The staff is always friendly here and quick to provide assistance. I've had to do a couple of returns/exchanges, and they have been seemless and hassle free. I really like that this location is next door to their sister store. Penningtons - makes it easy to shop both. There is plenty of parking available, including handicap stalls.

The store itself is nice but I had a coupon for $30 off of a $75 purchase and was told i was not allowed to use it on the items I had chosen. There was also a discount for teachers which also didn't apply to the items I had picked out. I chose not to buy anything at the store and proceeded to buy the same items online and was able to use my coupon.
