worst costumer experience. A total of 3 girls working but they were all too busy talking at the front to offer me any help at all when I was clearly searching so something specific walking in circles. Ended up just walking out after 10 mins of searching and no help or anyone checking up. Please also note I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in but they did turn and stop their convo briefly to stare to me. Saw a help wanted sign so hopefully they hire some better staff !

I am never one to do bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But when I go in to get hair extensions and having to pay over $180 for extensions, you wold think the workers would colour match properly. I understand things like this is final sale because it’s hygiene stuff but when the worker colour matched me wrong and I payed SO much money, that I would at least be able to do an exchange at least. I don’t want to go lighter, or spend any more money. Just called the store asking if they’d be able to do anything and they said no. Like I get it but come on, it’s not my fault that they don’t match. Very disappointing. Definitely lost a customer.

My daughter was in the store on Saturday evening to buy hair extensions. The staff member "color matched" the extensions to my daughter's hair and said they were a perfect match. My daughter brought them home and put them in her hair (she's worn extensions many times but needed new ones because of changing her hair color). The extensions don't match at all and Sally's refuses to exchange or return them even though it was their staff member who matched them to her hair. $200 wasted, very disappointing and poor customer service to not accept any responsibility for their error and not offer to make it right.

I frequent Sally's often, and you're always greated with a hello and always ask if you neee help. I generally know what Im doing and need but they were out of my product. No biggie. The girls were up front chatting away and I said "excuse me " twice , ignored. My friend and I stared at eachother because we were suprised to be ignored for 20 minutes in the store. The girls had no issue paying attention to when their skip order arrived though.We left and drove to the one in Edmonton and had lovely service.

Very Rude Chan the Assistant Manager is just the rudest. Waited for her to return call that day, never did, then waited on hold, to be told she is busy when she answered....then talked over me, wouldn't let me talk....wow, just totally unprofessional. she should find a job where it's not dealing with people!

I've bought dye from here before and I usually do my own hair colouring. I bought the Wella Color Charm in light ash brown and the girl recommended I add the unred color additive as I had a faded ginger colour although I thought that the ash in the dye would do an okay job with it. My hair came out such a dark brown it is basically the same colour as my black shirt and I've used this brand before and have had no issues with colours being different than what it says on the box. Luckily it doesn't look too bad on me but it was definitely a shock once it started developing and I had everything washed out. The strange thing is that there is still a noticeable red undertone to my hair.She also helped find some protein to help strengthen my hair and it definitely helped.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable and fine matters costumer service JoshWould be happy to help plus not only he spoke my own language “Spanish” but he was super energetic and uplifting!!! I have had a very long day full of massages and my mind was not all there.He was super helpful with the product I was look for to moist my hair.Gracias Josh eres muy Atento!!!!?????

Kiera was amazing!! have never bought my hair colour here before, and needed some good advice of what to choose. She was super and very knowledgeable. My hair looks great and I was super happy with the colour choice! I was very impressed and will definitely look for her next time I come in. Thanks Kiera!

The store is absolutely amazing the customer service that comes out of here is exceptional and above and beyond! Maddie and her team are going out of their ways to help everyone! If I could give the store 1000 stars I totally would! Keep up the amazing work you girls do!!

Popped by today to get some toner as my dye job was a touch too gold for my liking. Was treated like a VIP from start to finish by Kary. She showed me what to get and I told her my hair concerns. She wasn't at all pushy which is SO awesome. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She even made sure to tell me I had a credit on my account to use so I paid half of what I expected. Best customer service! They have an employee that truly loves their career. I would highly recommend based on my experience today.

Worst customer service ever !! I do not recommend!! Came in for purple hair dye one of the girls suggested that I should get the permanent color. So I decided to give it a try. However when I brought it home, and place it on a bowl it was creamy!! She never told me I needed a developer !!! So I called the manager Maddy & she refused to give me a refund or exchange. She has a very a snooty attitude. For a company that’s makes thousands of dollars. You think she would want to fix her incompetent employees actions & provide her customer with the best service. Instead she decided to to refuse to help me in anyway & told me to come buy more. Pretty obvious that her main priority is profits over customer satisfaction. I will never go back to that storeThis store definitely needs better management, Maddy should not be working customer service. Especially considering she doesn’t care to provide any form of customer satisfaction to the people who have spent money in her store. If one of her employees messes up. She won’t offer to fix those mistakes in anyway, she will expect you to come & buy more

Myself and the employee were the only ones in the store at the time of my visit. I came in looking for a specific color in a brand. I was informed they got their shipment in, just don't know what is in the box and I can see all the boxes up front. However instead of taking the time to open the box that is visible in the brand specified and easily accessible to check for the color, I get told to go to other store locations or come back tomorrow.I told the employee I'm on the other end of town and would appreciate if they could check the box right there while I was here (pointed at it and it was on top of all the other boxes) and again got told the same thing. I can understand if the store was busy and you're unable to check but there is no excuse when we are the only ones in the store. It makes me wonder if the main reason I got turned away is so the employees at this location can have first dibs on setting aside colors for themselves before putting them on shelves for anyone else. Extremely poor customer service and horrendous attitude overall to have with your customers.
