All employees were super welcoming and helpful. An employee named Khushleen in specific was very helpful and patient throughout my experience in the store. She answered all my questions with detail and was very professional.

I don’t typically write negative reviews since I understand that employees can have off-days, however, I’ve returned to this location many times and have always had negative experiences with customer service. The employees at the Edmonton locations are always wonderful and helpful, but not at the Sherwood park location. When I am looking around, I’m stared at rather than offered assistance. When I go up to an employee for assistance, (who isn’t busy, they’re just standing around) they turn around and walk away to stand around somewhere else. There are a few people who have been lovely, but the majority of the employees here are rude and unprofessional. Until this changes, I’d rather make the drive to Edmonton so that I don’t feel like an inconvenience shopping here.
*I have emailed the Sherwood park location months ago, and never received a response, so it appears that they don’t care for feedback.

I was in the other day looking for a concealer for under my eyes that wouldn’t sink into my fine lines & with full coverage. Leah helped me out. She was very knowledgeable & friendly. I bought her recommendation & love it

Went this week and I am not impressed with the customer service. Lots of personnel staff but no one asked if we needed assistance. They don’t look at us and just talk about their personal life while we are looking at them and want to ask something. They should ask or at least offer us help if we need any help.
And we’re only a few people, the store is empty. But they are not willing to talk to their customer. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 #poorcustomerservice

I would rather go to shoppers for my makeup, etc, just because of how unenthusiastic and miserable these employees look from the moment I walk in to the point of purchase.

This is my favourite Sephora location- they always have products in stock, it’s not as busy as other Sephora’s so you can really get that one on one help. And I trust the employees opinions completely! They are so knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a new foundation and facial cleanser, and all of their recommendations have been incredible!

I have been helped by Emily a few times for skin care as well as hair products and she is wonderful! She is quite knowledgeable and is really good at making customers feel helped and appreciated. Emily has listened to my concerns and found me the perfect products that I need! She is very kind and has the perfect customer service skills in my opinion. When she helps me out in store she will send me home with samples to try, which has helped me eliminate the products that don't work for me! Thanks for all your help Emily, I look forward to seeing you again at Sephora in sherwood park !!!

So happy with my full face appointment with Ash. Not only were they delightful and very communicative about process and products, but I was really thrilled with the result and received lots of compliments at the event I went to that evening. Ash was a pro. My face feels amazing today too!

Sandra was amazing. Today was my first time doing anything brow related with a professional and she waxed and tinted my brows so well (I was a bit nervous being my first time). I’ll be bringing my daughters to see her for sure.

I gave this location a second chance last weekend while having my youngest niece in tow. The service was much better this time around! We were greeted and asked if we needed any help, and while checking out, they even made my niece feel special by giving her a Sephora paper bag and a couple of fragrance samples. I will be back. THANK YOU!

It might be me but I think as an older guy entering Sephora help might be needed. I asked where the fragrance was and was pointed to the spot. I was overwhelmed by the shear number of choices.
After standing there looking lost for a few minutes I said to the young lady on the counter "I thought that Sephora was know fir their service" a little passive I admit. The reply however was even more as she retorted, "you could always come and ask for help"
I thought I did when I walked in and was brushed off.
