The customer service at this location is sad. Today I drive up, the worker is outside washing gas pumps. She looked at me when I get out of my van and again once I’m in the store and continues to wash the gas pump. Doesn’t stop until she’s gone. Then she has time to help me, but he’s not friendly at all. This is the second time I have gone to this location recently and have to wait on a worker.I also work in customer service when anyone walks into the establishment I’m working at it is my job to greet them and help them if I can if I can’t or if I need a minute, I have the courtesy to let the person know that.

This car wash is trash . Cleans nothing .
Car remains nearly same after the wash .
Think 5 times before giving them money .

These Guys have a garbage touchless car wash system for a automatic car wash !They do not service it they’re using old outdated worn out Equipment they’ve never done preventative maintenance on their touchless car wash .I have to wash twice to get a car wash at a minimum FYIAlso I’m adding that these guys are cheating you out of some soaking time and a separate Wax because they mix the soap and wax together to save the company water for a rinse after the wax application!!!!!!! SNEAKY SHELL OWNERS !!!I’m never wasting my hard earned money on these guys againThanks for fixing the car wash today!

They charge 13 cents per litre more for diesel than other Shell locations in Sherwood Park. And 15 cents more than other stations with diesel.That's why they don't have a sign for price of diesel.Dirty pool.

they change the price every hour 10c more than the others went with my sobeys 5c off big deal will never use shell again or SOBEYS

Always sell fuel on higher price than other places. Actually all shall gas stations are expensive than other gas stores.

Horrible!!!!! Pay for the best car wash and you get the cheapest friggin wash they have to offer. Never be back. I was wondering how many other unsuspecting customers have got riped off there.. Never again will I be back.. Co-op is 100% better.

Noticed after I started pumping that has was 6c a liter higher than neighbouring gas stations. That's my mistake and not why I am giving it two stars.
When I went inside to pay a gentleman came in behind me indicating he washed his truck at 10:30pm and you could see it did a terrible job. The clerk refused to provide a complementary wash, which I thought was unreasonable. The customer was polite. The gentleman stated he would not be returning, I will not either. The clerk's response was 'OK'.
