I come to this beauty boutique because they have a great selection. But every time I come into this location I am followed by staff members or ignored or they stare at me and whisper to each other. I do believe it has to do with the fact I am visibly a Muslim woman and the staff has some sort of prejudice towards that. I also feel like I don’t give off sketchy vibes so I don’t know why three sales associates and the security guard felt the need to watch me as I shopped.This time it was a blonde white woman and a woman with a brown skin tone who is a brunette and has a pony tail (I think she may have been a manager but I’m not sure).But I’ve been here before and had the same experience but with different sales associates.Every time I come to this location I end up redeeming at least $200 worth of points ($300 worth of product) but every time I honestly consider leaving the products and walking out because of the blatant discrimination. If you’re going to be discriminatory at least be less obvious ?I do want to acknowledge one beauty boutique employee named Morgan who actually acknowledged me, she was helpful and did not pass off judgement ?I have also had good experiences in the past with the male employees in the beauty boutique, however I unfortunately did not grab their names at those times.To the rest of the staff, do better.

There is always an unreasonably long wait to get prescriptions filled and the staff are cranky. Head to the other location just off Wye for faster and friendlier service.

Today visit the store to exchangemy lottery ticket and one Philippine lady( cashier)asked me to sign. And in front of me was open a staff log, I tough she is asking me to sign there, so I’m about to do so.. and in replay she was rudely telling to me ….why are watching at this book. To be honest I was shocked the way she talked to me… disrespect to customer,. Never ever suggest to visit this store… no manners how to talk to customers..

There is a glitch in the pharmacy. I'm signed up for the automatic prescription refill program. Sometimes it's automatically refilled and I get a text, Sometimes, like yesterday it's not. I called in and asked for a refill. The lady said ok and I'd come in the next day after work to pickup. The next day I show up and find out they need 48 hours notice. So #1.. why isn't the automatic refill program working and #2.. why didn't the lady tell me 48 hours when I called?Also.. Sometimes they run my benefits thru and sometimes they are too lazy to and I end up paying full price without realizing they haven't put it thru insurance. Very disappointing and now I'm moving pharmacies.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’ve never been so appalled by how awful the staff act. Been in multiple times and felt so uncomfortable every time. Beauty boutique staff have cornered me from leaving, and pharmacy staff clearly have a very short temper and no patience towards customers. Very unfortunate considering the managers have always been extremely accommodating.

The pharmacy always has crazy wait times which even then are very rarely met and you still have to wait longer. The pharmacist are really informative and will answer questions but I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with then being dismissive and a little rude. I also spent over 10 minutes on hold just to be hung up on. Now that my refills have been completed, I doubt this will remain my go to pharmacy.

Love this location. Always well stocked, with so much variety. Clean and clutter free. Great parking. The cosmetic's associate Shayne was wonderful. Extremely informative and kind. Shayne made the experience extremely delightful ! 5 Stars for Shayne!

Bought gift cards from this location that were fraudulent and could not be used. We have provided Shoppers with all required information including receipts. After a lengthy investigation, Shoppers offered to give us Shoppers points worth half of the cost of the gift cards to fix it instead of a refund. Still not resolved. It’s the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a store. Very poor customer service. I won’t shop here again.

Staff are incompetent in multiple ways. The main reason for this review is due to lack of knowledge on scanning code of practice. "The way we are taught" is simply not acceptable, as the code is not to do with Shoppers, but a standard set across Canada.

Whoever the Clinique Rep was, older lady with a pixie cut and European accent - she was very rude to me. When asked if I needed help to find an exfoliator, she impromptly said my face and skin were very swollen. She said this twice before I declined her help. I know my face is swollen, from past traumatic damage. You don't need to keep saying it. The sales technique you are using is very untactful. Try better.

This pharmacy is one of the most unprofessional and disorganized businesses around. The pharmacist has poor etiquette and manners and publicly broadcasted my private info with how loud she spoke. I never write negative reviews but do not go here.

The staff in the beauty boutique/perfume area at this Shopper's are absolutely horrible. They watch you constantly and never leave you alone which makes a person feel extremely uncomfortable. The last time we were in we were looking at some lipsticks, the staff would not leave us alone and advised us if we wanted a swatch they would do it for us. They are rude and seem to be very judgemental. We ended up leaving the store due to their behavior, had they not acted in this way we likely would have purchased something but they drove us out of the store. The staff at this store need to be re-evaluated because there is something wrong here. This is not my first bad experience at this specific shoppers.

Shoppers drug mart sherwood park mall pharmacy — staff are beyond rude. First no one even greets or acknowledges you when you walk in you stand there feeling awkward for 10 minutes minimum without anyone even acknowledging your presence. Then when they do they act like you are the biggest inconvenience in their life god forbid you need a prescription filled. They treat their customers like garbage luckily I dont get many prescriptions but I have finally had enough after years of being treated like garbage Im going somewhere else where hopefully they apprciate the business. Wasnt even acknowledged today from any pharmacy assistants yet they had time to chat with other shoppers staff as they walked by - their luck of customer service is maddening!
