Sales and promo offerings for a 2am coupon? Extremely bizarre and unusual.
Company should consider this unusual sales tactic as it will result in loss of business.

Amazing store and service. Called here from out of town to get some new skates for my son. The man who picked up the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. He shipped them out that day and I received them sharpened and ready to go in one day.

I have gone here for skate sharpenings a few times. This most recent time, I dropped off my goalie skates for a 9/16" sharpening before a game. The skate sharpener completely flattened the blade and took away the entire edge. I did not realize until I stepped on the ice. The skates' edges were close to flat with essentially no hollow. They were like new skates without a sharpening. I had zero ability to push and my team was put in a very upsetting situation.I returned the next day, and spoken with the manager Zach. He was polite and professional. He took a look at the skates and recognize that his staff was responsible. He offered to resharpen but I declined and opted for a refund instead.I'm sure everyone at Sin Bin is nice and helpful. I know this is genuinely just a mistake as all of us humans make. However, for me the trust is gone. As a goalie, I cannot risk going to a game where I simply cannot skate. For sharpenings, I encourage other hockey players to visit Bladz, just a quick drive north, at Broadmoor Rd and Strathmoor Rd. Ty there has been an excellent skate sharpener for years and I have never had an issue like this with him.

Absolutely love Sin bin and all their staff. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue, is I think they should open at 10 am during the week. Running errands during the day, 11 am feels late when everything else is open at least two hours earlier.

Hands down the best. Have gone to them for years and recommend everyone to do the same. Also big supporters of local sports associations and are involved with community. Just cant say enough about SinBin and the Staff. Awesome store. Well Done People.

Very helpful staff. They patiently showed us the rack of team clothing we had to try on. They came back a few times to make sure we were ok. There was a decent setup to try out sticks. The patience to get sticks for 8 to 12 year olds while they fire pucks at the targets was impressive.

Update April 2023:Mike and the gang at Sin Bin have continued doing what they do, which is providing excellent customer service to the residents of Strathcona County and anyone who visits their store. They were recently awarded the Sportsman of the Year Award from the Sherwood Park Minor Hockey Association for their long-standing service they have given to not just hockey players for SPMHA, but for other associations and players of other sports as well. IT is a honour to see a local business thrive due to their excellent customer service and SPMHA was proud to recognize the above and beyond efforts Mike and his crew put in for the players of our Association.==============================Mike and the gang at Sin Bin do it right. They've done a phenomenal job out of a small space for years, and recently upgraded to a much larger, brighter, better space where they have a ton of room for displays, more stock on the floor instead of in the back room or storage locker and if they don't have what you need (size, colour, etc.) they will go out of the way to get it.My family has been dealing with them for years - we like supporting local business and Sin Bin truly is a LOCAL business. They do a ton of stuff in and for the community of Sherwood Park and Strathcona County. They employ all the kids that played hockey in the community and give back by donating a ton of $$, merchandise and gift cards/skate sharpening cards, etc for fundraisers and events put on in the community. The owners get what it means to be a part of the community and that is our primary reason for continuing to support them.I've only bought hockey gear from them, as my kids only play hockey, but their selection of baseball, lacrosse and ringette gear is very good as well. You can't go wrong with Sin Bin in Sherwood Park

Should have done this a while ago; now that being said I've only been there once, but it was nothing shy of a great experience. Beyond a novel how it all came about, but words are not enough to express my appreciation. Thank you
