We recently bought shoes pretty much for all of our family there. We had an amazing experience. They have good selection for kids shoes as well. The associates were really helpful and knowledgeable. Love was really sweet and patient whole helping us even if it was busy. We will definitely be coming back?

I’m so happy and thankful! I’ve been having a very difficult time finding a comfortable shoe that doesn’t hurt and rub on my incision after getting surgery on my foot. The lady helped me find a pair that don’t hurt me and are super comfortable, they don’t hurt me and they’re stylish on top of it. Thank you so much I am so grateful and happy with my new shoes! I definitely recommend and I will be back the next time I need new shoes

I’ve always shopped at Softmoc in YEG, but this Sherwood Park store is awful. The guy went to look for 3 different shoes I wanted and was gone for over 10 minutes and came back and said “it says we have your size on the computer, but I can’t find them” . I gave him another pair to look for and he took forever again, I left without trying any shoes on and went to DSW! I’ve been in here many times before and awful service each time. It’s a shame because I want to buy local, but service is lacking in here !

At the Sherwood Park location we had a very positive shopping experience. Our associate, Angela, was very knowledgeable and so helpful. It's a lovely store to shop at and we will shop there again.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced ever!!! Reading other reviews it seems this business does not care that staff all gather behind the till to chat, do not acknowledge customers or offer to help. The store was a mess as well, incredibly disappointing that SoftMoc does not appear to make any effort to train their staff. Will never buy from that store again!
