Staples Sherwood Park. Went in with my first Amazon return but was told it was a UPS return...but Cyndae immediately packaged it up at no charge for me and gave me directions for UPS. Very impressed with the friendly customer service, especially towards this old gal. Well done and very classy. Thank you.
