Got a letter saying I owe an undisclosed amount of interest on my mortgage. Called the number, was on hold for over 3h. Went in person instead of waiting on hold, the manager wouldn't even come out to help figure it out, and the self proclaimed "mortgage specialist" couldn't tell me how much I owe. He just kept whining in circles and telling me to call back and wait on hold. What a time to be alive. I asked how it's possible that they're begging for my money, but don't even know how much I owe them when I'm here to pay, and the suit just gives me attitude. At least the teller was nice and a decent human, can't say the same for the rest of the lizards there. If I was this bad at my job, I'd have been fired on the first day. I pulled my cash and closed my account, currently working with rbc to switch my mortgage over too. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk™

No pen to sign a check prior to deposit at the ATM. Most banks are like that now. Carry your own.

Worst TD branch ever. 35 minutes to do a deposit time after time. Sadly can't do a wire or a US deposit without a teller. Staff undertrained, always new and sadly it is now my closest branch. I drive elsewhere.

UPDATE: I emailed them as per their response. Never heard back… so that’s cool. Such an incredibly unreliable company.Was dealing with a mortgage specialist. Got pre-approved and everything was going great. Just sold my house and now I have some questions regarding bridge financing and a couple other things before putting an offer on a new house. My mortgage specialist has ghosted me. I’ve tried calling and emailing numerous times, as well as called this branch which is the one she is affiliated with. They couldn’t help me because she’s a mobile specialist and works out of her house. In a panic now as I need to purchase a new home since mine has sold and now I have to start the process all over again with a broker, rates have since increased so I doubt I’ll be able to get as good as one I had before. This is the most important purchase I’ll make in my life and I can’t believe this happened. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional. WHERE ARE YOU KRISTY CHAMULKE!?

Manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Acts as if coming in to do business instead of using the online service is a burden. Any questions asked and acts as if you’re wasting her time. Terrible service. However, other employees are very nice.
