The Body Shop is known for its lovely, warm, and welcoming staff who are polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The staff are fantastic, providing excellent and helpful service. They offer a great selection of items, including bath lotions, hand creams, and gift packages. The products are of great quality and smell so good. The company is eco-friendly, does not test on animals, and puts care into helping the earth. While some items can be a smidge pricey, they also have packaged items for an amazing price, offering the best bang for your buck. It is an amazing place with great staff and great products.

This location has way more personal touch and great service compared to the Edmonton locations. Staff here actually still gives their customers a personalized and pleasant shopping experience.
