The worst....purchased 90.00 pair of Nike shoes for youth, only to get two left shoes.
I knew when I got there, the service was NO SERVICE..I am 4 hours away, like it's not a hop, skip, jump to return. Had this purchase been checked at the till to correct size, what not; this wouldn't have happen!!!
Always thought highly about Shoe Company, but not anymore, definitely not this location!!

I'm not satisfied with the customer service. Had issues with returning a brand new pair of shoes that I bought not even an hour before.

My wife really likes going here for shoes. Go to look what time they are open and it’s only till 6 everyday that’s retarted. How are working people suppose to go shop. You would think that they would be open at least till 7 or 8pm.

I showed up at 5:48 on a Saturday to quickly check for a pair of sandals in my size, the doors were locked. When they let someone out and I asked to come in the door was shut in my face with a sorry we're closed. I tried to ask to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me. More than 3 employees saw me at the door and they just ignored me. There was over 5 people that I could see walking in the store, that were not employees, yet I couldn't come in for 2 minutes to check for my size?I'll be calling Monday to speak to a manager to file a formal complaint. As I write this it's not even 6 (which is closing time).I tried called twice, and both times my call was ignored/rejected. I am not impressed with the customer service of this location.

As what seems to be the norm for this place the service is dreadful, nothing said when we walked in, walked around for 10 minutes need assistance and asked 2 employees and none of them had time to help so we left.

If you're looking for size 13 or 14 in men's footwear, I highly suggest looking elsewhere as they stock very few options in this size. The store had a lot of options otherwise and the prices seemed fairly reasonable. The staff were also helpful, but did mention that larger sizes were typically purchased nearly the same day they arrived. Kind of disappointing as I used to be able to find these sizes at the Shoe Company.
